I've been using these HP-962xl ink cartridges for several years. What I can really say is that "They work real fine and last a long time!" I have two printers that use these cartridges and they work great in both printers. Great on photographs. As long as my HP printers hold out I will continue to use the 962xl cartridges
This is a must for my printing needs. I love the XL size, fewer cartridge changes! It loads fast and I get the great quality from hp that I have come to expect. Thanks for a great product.
The HP 962XL ink cartridges are the size that I prefer but other than the black ink they are hard to find.
Have never had a problem using hp ink cartridges.
Over priced - but they work. I have found that "off brand" cartridges stop working, in the printer and it will not print, when they are still half full.
When they work, the cartridges are excellent. But I have had two which produce a message on the printer that they are not legit HP cartridges. This is false and very inconvenient , shutting down work and forcing me to buy more immediayely.
This four-pack (colors and black) now costs $180. I'm not sure what's driving the price up, but I'm going to research and switch to a cheaper printer. When I bought this HP printer, the cost for this packet was $76 and I thought that was high. Even when you analyze it from a 'per page' cost, it's ridiculous. No thanks... to either HP or Staples.
The ink is great. The price not so much. Can't use off-brand or printer eventually recognizes it and locks up, forcing the HP purchase to print. That feels wrong especially when it's 2x's the cost. Not cool HP.
I don't know if the problem is with the store inventory or with HP. The cartridge advertised as printing up to 2000 pages. However, this one ran out of ink after roughly 200 pages. I have purchased these cartridges at Walmart several times over the years and occasionally have ended up with cartridges that were dried up. That may have been the case with this one. My second complaint is not Walmart's fault, but the price it much too high for the value of the product. I feel that HP is doing everything they can to suck money out of the customer.
5 for quality, 2 for price. I do not like that will fit parts are not allowed on HP Packard used to stand for good business; Hewlett stood for great technology. Corporate stole from scientists and put the names in great jeopardy. Wealth sense and VALUE are not well integrated here anymore. LOWER THE PRICES 30%!
