Husbands old computer was slow and would take a long time to boot up, he is enjoying the new , fast working model

Beautiful screen, fast refresh, extremely easy install, and good price.

Came with Windows 11. Wrote down the name and version of all OEM drivers and software on the machine and put a fresh install of Windows 10 on it and then reinstalled all the software. (HP's support page throws the whole list of bundled software at you if you give them a model number- very useful.) The PC is much better now, for it's running Windows 10 and not Windows 11. The M.2 SSD it came with is a good mid-range Samsung card, that's a pleasant surprise, otherwise, completely ordinary HP prebuild/aio in excellent condition. Good cheap computer for video playback and office work.

It was shipped with a wireless Keyboard and Mouse. Not what I ordered. Purchased it especially for wired Keyboard and Mouse. So I gave it 4 star Instead 5. Otherwise up and running works great. Be aware.

Easy to set up, display is bright and quick response.

I received this computer in May and I'm just noticing in my catalog the I didn't receive the Front Facing (720p HD) Web Cam with privacy shutter. In the description it says that is part of the computer. If it's, then it should state " SOLD SEPARATELY". So how do I get this for my computer?

My computer doesn't work and they will not exchange or give me a refund
