I got my old laptop/tablet back that my kids took.
At first it seemed complicated but after much reading and navigating I begin to figure things out, I love this laptop, light, design different, my favorite color and just perfect for my everyday use.

Great Chromebook!
I bought this for my son to use for school/projects. I LOVE this laptop and I use it daily as well- more than my desktop or my own laptop. It is conveniently light and easy to use! I highly recommend!

A hair in my New laptop?
Hi! Really I'm in shock! First they drop the order in a Garage not in front of the building! It's ok! But now I'm trying to sign in to my Chromebook and I motive something in the screen and then my boyfriend was more curious and try to see and we see a hair! Why? How this could happen? They don't use PPE before and after the packing the product?

said brand new came as used
this item was supposed to be brand new. look at the picture of the front of the box after I opened the box it came in. look how disgusting the front of the boxes. it's so off putting that I didn't even want to check the laptop inside. this item was supposed to be brand new and it's extremely obvious that it's used. no quality control and extremely poor customer service.

Screen is too fragile
The screen broke not even three months use. I never had a computer screen break like this before within three months. Maybe after a year but not like this. I thought this would be good for school but it is not compatible for Microsoft either. So this is no good.

walmart.com totally the worst
walmart has been canceling my orders for the past 72 hours without cause period I've been unable to get any resolution and nothing but a bunch of excuses and I'm so sick and tired of it. I was seeking to take advantage of their Black Friday specials and it's almost Cyber Monday and they continue to cancel my orders for no reason I'm very upset

Disappointed in product picker
I wouldn't know because the wrong laptop was sent to me. 14-cf2733wm instead of this one. I had to settle with one that isn't 2 in 1 like I wanted because it was a bit of an emergency situation. My old one died and I work from home with it. I needed one right away.

Purchased this item New and has had it. Since July it's malfunctioning already. Historically I've had extremely good experience with Hp. What up with this mess guys?
