Great printer/scanner for the money
I bought this for my mother-in-law for her birthday. She had an inkjet printer which she seldom used and the ink cartridges were always drying out (I hate inkjet printers). She lives 800 miles from us and she needed to print something the other day and it worked flawlessly. A color LaserJet with flatbed scanner for less than $400 is a steal. I have always bought HP printers and have always been pleased with their performance. I made a lot of points getting this printer for her birthday.

Confusing setup but reliable Printer
I was not pleased with the setup process as companies are having customers use setup online more and more and there is no physical media. As computer literate as I am I found the way to setup confusing even though I did get it to work and once that is done it is all good. I have another color laser printer by HP which is not an All in One and the reason I brought this and I like HP printers.

So far so good
It's nice to have an all-in-one printer! The previous HP Printer I was using only printed, so having the copy feature is very helpful! No more running back and forth between my office and the main office to make copies! This laser jet printer is more compact than the older ones, so it takes up less space on the desk. Print quality is really good and the speed of printing/copying documents is quick.

This unit is junk
Received this unit, upon installation the printer prints all kinds of useless pages. Called HP. Unit is out of warranty!! Just received the product I told them. Began troubleshooting, issue still there 1.5 hours later. Will be returning this product!!!!!

Delivery
This was one of the worst experiences. Took weeks and when it showed up box was smashed! Worst …next time I'll shop Amazon directly.

Damaged on receipt by shipping company
Never got my refund on product. It was damaged during shipping. Fed ex sent it back to sender and I never got refunded
