Very nice looking. Prints very quickly. People have printed out 14 to 20 pages and were amazed how fast they came out. The only thing I though was off was, the scanner seems noisy. But it works excellent. So glad I saved up for this LaserJet printer (MFP M281fdw), instead of listening to people tell me, I just need a cheap ink printer. Yes. It worked as soon as I hooked it up. Downloaded everything (which took awhile) it needed. And now. . . . . . . . . .I'm lovin it.

I have never purchased electronics from Walmart prior, but they had the model I was looking for. Product was delivered quickly and in good condition. Process was quick and easy.

Very difficult to install unless you accept every choice HP wants you to make... but after an hour or so of frustration, I finally gave up and did what they wanted, and the printer works beautifully. Afterwards, I found a work-around to achieve what *I* wanted to do, despite them! Be aware that the toner cartridges are extremely expensive.

I can't rate the printer 5 stars as of yet as I haven't had it entirely too long, but I am super happy with speed and ease of use with this printer. I've never had a problem with HP, and this printer, so far, is proving to be a winner!

Biggest problem was linking it wirelessly to my WiFi. Needed a web pin that the instructions said was either on the printer or in the instructions. It was neither place nor could I find it in any of the printer menus. After working on it for an hour or so as they did not list a customer service I finally took a break and worked on something else. When I went back to working on the printer set up, the web pin was now the only thing showing on the printer menu. How it got there, I have no clue. Printer worked connected once I found that ID.

Warning: HP's customer service just confirmed that this printer WILL NOT SCAN DOUBLE-SIDED PAGES WITH THE AUTOMATIC DOCUMENT FEEDER. It will print double-sided pages but scanning or copying them will have to be done manually, turning each page over buy hand. Who makes a printer that prints double-sided pages but won't scan them? HP. Sad how this company has deteriorated over the last decade.

It is much slower than what was claimed. It took a while to setup, even-though,it was almost a plug and play device -much less step needed to connect.

This printer started as a charm but back in November, right after the warranty ran out, and there was an "update" it has not worked properly and most times, not at all!!! I have spent hours on support calls, researching online forums, and videos, hoping to find a fix. It started with a Service Error 79 message on the printer screen. It kept shutting off and powering on, making noise, etc. It said there was a link for the firmware update, but it was never available until later in the month of December. :-( I did troubleshooting online, on the phone, etc., for hours and days!!! Nothing worked. I finally ran across a video on Youtube saying how to master reset it. Done that and it worked for about 2 weeks. Now, it keeps losing connection to the network; and, it will not recognize the connection from the printer cable to the laptop!!! Then, to top it off, it started the Service Error 79 issue again!!!!!

Nothing but issues and ink is horribly expensive. Only 9 months old and broken due to ink
