Honestly I was sketchy about at first. Because of the price. But it actually turned out amazing. They provide you with instructions and even some support ink with a free trial. I am defenitly loving the design of it. It's so much better than my old one. Would defenitly buy again in a diffrent color!!!

Very happy with our new printer. It was easy to set up. It is a little noisy - not so much as to put one off - but is also very quick to print. It doesn't print double sided but instructions pop up on screen showing which was to put page 1 back in the feeder to print second side. For the price this is an excellent choice.

I was worried as there were many unfavorable reviews. But at this price, I said to myself just order and see for myself. My printing needs are very light and wasn't concerned about speed of the printout. Just wanted something to print from web, scan and copy. WiFi set up was bit frustrating as it would connect but would loose connection again . But followed HP problem solving instruction from their web and it was quickly resolved. It's light cute and very affordable. Would recommend for light users

The setup process was remarkably straightforward, arguably the most effortless I have encountered. I was able to initiate printing within approximately five minutes of unboxing the device. This unit is ideally suited for moderate home use. While its operational speed is not exceptionally high, it perfectly meets my specific requirements. The noise level during operation is noticeable but not excessive. A particularly appealing feature is its pink color, which aligns with my personal preference.

So far so good. I don't need a printer but it's good to have the when you need it. I purchased this printer a few days ago and set it up with no issues at all. Very easy set up and it prints great! it's light weight, and cute too and I love that I was able to get it in pink.

It was the perfect size but had issues connecting to internet, had to call an AI tech to help get going. After that issue was done I tried printing from my documents and nothing happened, Everything went to Que got an error message saying printer was offline. Consulted various self help suggestions to no avail. I am so done with this printer. Returning it ASAP!!!

The printer itself is great and works really well. It is very simple to set up and use. The price is also great. The big problem I have with it is the fact that they have put AI into it and now I am forced to use only the HP ink cartridges; I no longer have a choice. The AI reads the cartridge and will not let the printer function if the HP cartridges are not being used. If I bought it and it's mine, I should be able to use any cartridges that will fit (like generic ones).

There is nothing wrong with the printer itself but their software must be used if you want the scanner and printer to work with your applications. The software may as well be called ransomware because it never gives up trying to get your credit card. if their are 6 options on a page 5 of them arer attempts to get your credit card. If you want to use the scanner without their software you must log into the device itself 192.168.148 (yours may be different) and use the software embeded in the chip on the motherboard. I will never but an HP product again. If this is what they do with their printers, imagine what they do with their Personal computers.

This printer is a nightmare. It has had so many printer errors I have lost count. I have rebooted this stupid thing so many times to the point of ridiculousness. I have traveled all over and have been without a printer many times and have NEVER had any problem using a wireless printer. This printer SUCKS. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER.

This is a horrible printer, you get no instructions you have to set it up digitally.because it is wireless, you can't even put a piece of paper on the screen and make a copy! the buttons don't have any information, there is an information screen but it give you digital error codes and then you must go on line to try to figure out what the error codes mean. Everypage prints out into a super microscopic size in the upper left hand side of the page at a size of 2x3 inches. You cannt adjust the print commands with your computer controls. it refuses to change when it prints out. This sucks!!! It is going back!
