Very fast, dependable. Highly recommend HP envy. This is my third HP envy and the only reason I bought a new one is because my other HP envy computer is 10 years old and the programs installed in it are not compatible with the HP system upgrades. My other HP is 20 years old and it still as fast and dependable as the newer model. Older software programs are not updating as technology changes.

The laptop is absolutely perfect. It is a nice size and the IT help in setting it up from Migual was sooooo helpful. He took his time with us, explained it all and helped get it set up to what exactly we wanted and needed.

Lightning fast – I am a business writer, working from home. I needed a laptop that would boot up fast, support 35 open tabs for research and 3 or 4 programs, and switch between tabs quickly. I was prepared to spend $2400 for a Dell XPS because many tech articles named it as the top pick (that wasn’t an Apple). After I dug into the performance specs, I decided to compare models using what I knew was important to me. I narrowed it down to 3 laptops with 16gb Ram, quad core, and intel i7. One of the others was cheaper, but I chose HP for a few misc. features that appealed to me and because I’ve had reliable HP laptops in the past. It’s got about a 6 hour battery life in practice, and everything I want to do is instant, no buffering or waiting – no matter how many windows I have going at once. Note: I don’t work much with graphics and I’m not a gamer, so I can’t report on how well it works for those purposes. Bottom line: I’m online all day every day, and I love this laptop…and it was a thousand bucks less than I expected to spend.

This is one freakin awesome computer! It totally ROCKS!! I was a huge fan of Toshiba laptops and sadly they are not made new these days. My experience with this one has been smooth, seamless and I love the ease of Windows 11 which when you see the screens they resemble Apple’s screen looks. It appears they made things nicer, easier with simple access to apps. Plus, setup is easy and simple plus the screen has a very nice look to it. Also, love the “trick” flash drive that looks like a credit card and is simple to carry with you. The speed of moving through screens is fantastic. You will not be disappointed in this computer!! Get it!!

Laptop works great company bought from was super to work with . They were on top of the issue of 3yr warranty not showing up when registered. They took care of the problem with HP. Would recommend the company purchased from
