Love the upgrades from older models

Momof2kb July 20, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This one is great! Love that I can fax from my phone with the app. I can copy pages at my convenience. And print anytime with a tap from phone or computer. The setup is easy and for a small monthly fee based on my printing needs I can have ink sent when needed no additional charge, or I can buy the refills if I dont want the monthly fee. Overall live the upgraded features of this one from previous HP printer

Affordable and Efficient Printer

zosingh July 21, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the product now for a few weeks and between personal and work-related activities this printer has served me well. I was looking for a printer and scanner and this serves both purposes very well It was easy to set up and simple to use. I haven't had any issues, thus far, with the machine itself nor the quality of its work. And while I received this item at a discount as being an Insider (which the discount was allotted for leaving my honest review) it, otherwise is affordable I would recommend this product to any demographic looking for an efficient multi-purpose printer at a reasonable cost

Great All-In-One printer!

WesDouglas July 21, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the HP Envy 6555 All-In-One printer has been great. Its easy to set up and prints great! It was also quite fast with 7-10 pages per minute. I like the color touch screen which makes using it a breeze! Paper storage is also convenient with a built in tray as opposed to sticking out the back. The prints come out clean and sharp. We dont print a lot but need something that works well and is reliable for school and the occasional other prints and this printer is exactly that!

Excellent All In One Printer

lifebyk88 July 20, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love this hp printer. It is so high end looking in the white and so modern and sleek too. It is not too heavy and it was easy to take it out of the box. The printer has great features. I printed off some documents and the ink came out great. The document came out very clear.

Great upgrade!

Leii August 5, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This HP 6555 All in One Printer has been a very nice upgrade from my previous HP Envy 5540 All in One series I've owned for over 7 years. I have to admit that I was so used to it that I didn't realize how much faster and quieter (without quiet mode) a printer could be until I set up my new 6566 Series. Set up was a breeze, since I already had the HP app installed on my phone, all I had to do was allow the printer to use my existing app settings regarding wifi and permissions and the set up happened quickly between the two, without having to manually input wifi addresses or passwords, I was really pleased as that initial set up is what usually gets me procrastinating about getting my electronics installed right away after getting them. Another plus is that my account with Insta Ink also updated and asked me if I was adding this new printer of if I was replacing, which in my case I replaced, so my subscription got automatically updated accordingly and I will get the correct ink cartridges when the times come. This was truly a very simple straight forward 5 minute set up experience. There is two details that do not allow me to give it a full 5 star review, and those are: 1. The paper tray does not slide out smoothly if the shelf where the printer is sitting is narrower than the width of the base of the printer, as the tray itself is basically the base. 2. My previous printer had an automatic out put tray extender (that's part that extends as the paper prints out to keep the paper from falling) and this new one does not, you have to manually extend it. So if I send a job to the printer while I'm not in front of the printer, and the extender is not, well, extended, the paper will fall to the ground. Still, I am extremely happy with this printer, how much faster it is, quieter and the looks! Here's to 7 more years of great print quality, homework, crafts, and auto ink replenishment!

Good printer but rickity.

Madeline804 June 23, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased and use the HP Envy 6555 All-in-One Printer. The printer was not too heavy and pretty compact. It was cool to see all the different parts that flip in and out. I will say the set up with the app was annoying. It took around 15-20 minutes total to set up. I don't know why it could not be used straight out the box. Maybe it was user error on my part? As part of registering the printer I was given 3 months of their ink subscription service. I have not had the printer long enough to speak as to if the subscription is worth it or not though. Once everything was set up I explored the app options. There are so many things you can do with the app. 1) You can use your phone camera to scan a document then print. 2) Print photos from directly from your phone. 3) Printables - Templates to print for activities, cards, productivity. 4) Mobile Fax - Use your phone camera to scan the document you wish to send then fax. All on your phone! The printer itself feels a bit rickety though. The gears are exposed on the bottom as seen in the second image which means it must be on a clean, flat, hard surface to print. You will need to make sure you clean underneath often for dust buildup. The folding out parts feel a bit flimsy. I understand that they were made to tuck away for a sleeker look when not in use but the parts feel too flimsy like they might snap off.

So far, so good

Cecerose June 28, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had my HP Envy 6555 for a short time, but so far I've been happy with it. I'm still working through a Wi-Fi connection issue, but it's been printing just fine using the cable while I get that sorted out. As a busy parent and student, I use my printer for everything from school assignments and work documents to the endless forms and projects that come with having kids. It's been a great help with all of those everyday tasks. I'm especially looking forward to printing more family photos. I love the idea of turning our favorite memories and adventures into something we can frame, scrapbook, and enjoy for years to come. Overall, I'm excited to keep using it and think it'll be a great addition to our home once I get the wireless connection figured out.

Great printer for basic necessities

Unclecliffrd July 31, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy HP as a brand and for their tech products. I like the simplicity of this printer as well as the easy connectivity process. I didn't like the advertisements and pop up notifications especially when I downloaded the recommended app. It felt very annoying and I wish it was a way to bypass it. The printer overall is a nice size and not too bulky or heavy it's a great standard printer and I haven't experienced issues with printing. Lastly , the photo printing process was a little confusing but I was able to connect via the app. Overall , I would definitely recommend as great budget printer.

Everyday printer

Beamready June 22, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice all in one printer. Works as it should. Wish it was a laserjet to save money on ink, but printing in color is a nice touch. It prints clean and fast. I like that I can scan and copy documents very fast. The all in one feature is nice that it is the same unit and takes up less desk space. Works and prints fast, is a pretty quiet machine. The scanning feature runs smooth and same with the copy. Seems to be a good machine for home office use. I have enjoyed so far. The white color goes with my office very well. Fast and efficient printer, scanner, copier.

Decent Printer but better options out there

jjyhawkins June 25, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The HP Envy 6555 All-in-One printer is a decent printer for light use. The setup was a little cumbersome using the iOS app. I had to make multiple attempts to complete the setup process. The first time I got it setup the HP app kept indicating there was an error with the printer and the support page directed me to remove and setup the printer again. Even after a full factory reset I continued to run into issues. After about 30 minutes of trying the printer was setup with out showing any errors. The reason I am suggesting for light use is that the paper tray is very small and only holds about a quarter of a ream of paper so if you print a lot be prepared to refill regularly. The printer prints as you would suspect from HP in great detail and quality. I have used it to print a few documents as well as scan a few receipts and everything has been acceptable. The printer will auto-duplex and the auto feeder is nice and documents flow smoothly through it. Where it seems to fall a little short is the touch screen is very very slow and placed in a awkward location flat on the front, so if you have it on a shelf it is difficult to interact with. This printer is replacing an much older HP and that touch was absolutely more responsive and better placed. The printer only utilized two ink cartridges which I feel is not convenient because if you only run out of cyan you will need to replace the entire cartridge which is wasteful in my opinion. I really like the instant ink program and the multiple plans available to pick from to suit my printing needs. Overall this is a good printer that has some questionable design choices but if you are not a heavy print user would be a reasonable choice.
