It's an ink cartridge, there's not much to say. It works. It's an extra large capacity, but that just means it has more ink filled inside, the cartridge is going to stay the same size on the outside obviously so it will fit in the printers. It does seem to last longer than the regular cartridge.

This is the exact ink I needed and it works perfectly. It is priced a bit higher than other stores, but I needed it right away, so I purchased it from Walmart. Overall, satisfied with the purchase.

The cartridge does not last as long as I would like. The cartridge is expensive. HP now has the ability to cut off the user if a cartridge subscription lapses. While this is not true for my older printer, it applies to our newer HP printer. This is an unfair business practice. Our next printer will NOT be HP

My Photosmart 7520 printer has 3 color and 1 black ink cartridges the same size (thin), and another black cartridge that is wider. I haven't been able to get the right ink cartridges yet.

I thought if I bought new HP Ink that my printer would print but even after doing everything I was supposed to do it still did not work. Therefore, I had to buy a new printer

Received ink in a security container. Cannot open, cannot use. Very disappointed. Still haven't had time to get in and get this fixed. Very, very disappointed.

I bought this replacement because my printer kept telling me that I had a fake (brand new) cartridge in there. Now with the new one, it is still telling me that and not printing, so either there is a glitch or you sent me a fake. I believe it's a glitch, but now I'm thinking about getting a new printer and it won't be an HP.

I BOUGHT THE 564XL BLACK INK CARTRIDGE FOR MY HP PRINTER. THE CARTRIDGE DID NOT PRINT ANY INK AT ALL. I HAD TO GO TO OFFICE MAX AND REPLACE IT. I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANY MORE INK CARTRIDGES ONLINE. I DID NOT SEE ANY WAY OR INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO RETURN THIS ITEM TO WALMART. IN THE LONG RUN, THIS COST ME MORE THAN IF I HAD JUST GONE TO OFFICE MAX OR OFFICE DEPOT IN THE FIRST PLACE.

I don't know if it's the ink cartridge or my HP Printer, but print is very faded.
