This is the only keyboard that I could find that has the copy/paste buttons instead of having to use ctrl c and ctrl v.
I may be a stick in the mud, but this keyboard not just takes me back a few years, it is a full size one with a full laid out keyboard. No more guessing with combination of keys to generate the key I need. A mouse thrown in on the same dongle is a big plus too. This generation "old-school" is happy and knows that sometimes old-school works best.
The product is excellent. The key response times and mouse activity are real-time, with no lag. The drivers were readily available. It truly is a plug-and-play great value!
Wow, this HP wireless keyboard %26 mouse are A ! First, the price at Walmart was reduced to $16.49 from $39.99!!! Not only that, but it's by far superior to other keyboards I've had. There's a tiny BRIGHT LIGHT @the upper right section that CLEARLY %26 QUICKLY lets you know your "CAPS LOCK" is on! Many keyboards now exclude this feature or have a DIM LIGHT if it's included. Also, unlike the 2 recent Logitech keyboards I bought from Amazon %26 from a Staples store, it does NOT have a virus that takes over typing the same letter rapidly, wiping out documents, interfering with your password entries, internet surfing, etc. When I reverted to my old keyboard, in both cases everything was normal again. In 2020 I bought an HP laptop from Walmart %26 it's still running excellently with nice speed! It had no virus in it the way other laptops I bought from local office supply stores did! I do have apps installed for DRIVER UPDATE, PC TUNEUP, ETC., which have helped this laptop from Walmart last this long with maybe more years up ahead. Plus, the 2nd keyboard from Amazon that I ordered days before I ordered this one from Walmart has still not been shipped while the one from Walmart that I ordered 2 days ago arrived today via Fed Ex!!! From now on, Walmart will be my 1st stop for all high tech items!!!!! **YOU ROCK, WALMART.COM!!!**
im a fanboy of hp so take this review as however you want but that wireless keyboard is great for typing on your pc while laying in bed or far away from your pc and it gives you clear instructions on how to put the batteries in the user manual doesn't help look on the back of the mouse and keyboard for help
Works great and easy to hook up the only problem is on off switch on the mouse switched backwards for the way my old mouse did
only use 1 usb port for both items. keyboard is easier to see and use with larger keys. mouse is comfortable fit for my hand but could be a little slimmer.
In a nutshell, this product is an inexpensive, functional, but rather mediocre product. For sixteen bucks, it does what it's supposed to do; the keyboard works just fine, albeit cheaply made and probably won't survive many (accidental) drops to the floor. The mouse appears to be more impact-resistant, though it's "laggy and draggy" (slow response; the mouse-pointer also doesn't stop immediately when/where your hand stops). Comparatively, the mini-keyboard with touchpad I was using on my Raspberry Pi 5 I've been using for hardware development and open-source software-integration, though seemingly convenient and compact was also incredibly clumsy -- a wired keyboard and mouse was not an option (i.e. wires always seem to grab my foot and whatever is attached to it usually ends up airborne). Computer hardware can be quirky regardless of cost, and the notion of adequately diminishing an annoyance for sixteen bucks with this keyboard and mouse bundle resulted in an acceptable solution.
I have used HP computers and keyboards for 20 yrs but this one is bad. It is large so I thought easier to type but you have to pound the Keys on each letter otherwise the words run together. I spend 10 times more time correcting the words I type and re-typing them. I would freturn if I could now I'vechecking with HP forhelpbutnothing there. Also madesure batteryisnew, always new so it's notthatproblem
The keyboard does not work ! My husband and I have replaced batteries and the light will not come on to be recognized by the computer. The mouse works but not the keyboard so a waste of money. Wal Mart says too old to return , HP will wants me to take to Best Buy who does not work on wireless keyboards.
