HP LaserJet Enterprise M610dn Laser Monochrome Printer

Terrific workhorse pronter, better than the M610dn since this version the M611dn can use the X and Y higher yield toner cartridges, has the higher duty cycle at 275,000, great machine and synced for wireless printing from an Iphone or Droid.

We purchased this printer to replace an HP LaserJet 8100, which has served us well throughout the years. Not only is this printer faster, more quiet, and capable of auto duplex, it takes up half the size of our old printer. Very happy with this purchase.

We run a small print shop with several enterprise level printers, and have been using the old M602s, which we have loved, but they are finally giving up the ghost. We replaced 2 of them with M611s, and could not be more pleased with their performance. SUPER FAST. We've been using them for 2 months now with no complaints. Plan to buy 2 more this summer as funds permit.

Having owned the M603 that has done over 1.6m prints and still going, the M611dn is simply the best. HP are the gold standard in office printers. Having bought a cheaper rival, it failed on opening and we reverted back to old faithful in HP. Cannot beat HP printers and hardware. Buy HP printers or buy twice!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a hp laser 4200. I've had trouble getting the setup right as the touch display is difficult to use and getting the right setting for print quality. Other than that I'm happy with it.

Printer is ok. The print is clear and crisp and is fast. The first 2 weeks it jammed several times while using normal paper. I opened it up and wiped down the rollers and that hasn't happened again. Hopefully it was just some residue from manufacturing and i got it. It also doesn't pull from both trays as i need it to but that could be the software i use. My HP604 worked fine for many years with it so I'm still trying different things. It also has issues printing on labels. I change the paper settings and It works fine if you only do 1 sheet at a time. It jams if there's more that 2 sheets of labels in the drawer. I rate it 3 stars because of these issues and the price.

If you plan on using legal paper, you have to leave the tray open which is in the way and then gets bumped and jams. Older versions had the legal paper stick out the back where it is not in the way....

Very difficult to install and the hp support is very difficult to contact or get answers

Received printer and within a week it was printing super faded jobs. Did 2 hours worth of technical support and had to return it and get a replacement. It's unfortunate, but maybe the new one will be better.

Printer printed 3 pages before malfunctioning. HP sent a tech to fix and he needs other parts to fix. The printer does not work and waiting for a fix from HP. I don't know why they are not replacing the faulty printer!
