M611dn is a must have affordable workhorse
Terrific workhorse pronter, better than the M610dn since this version the M611dn can use the X and Y higher yield toner cartridges, has the higher duty cycle at 275,000, great machine and synced for wireless printing from an Iphone or Droid.

Fast, reliable and great quality!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought an M609 in early 2018 for my partner and I to share. Loved it. When deciding to add a printer for an associate, we sacrificed a little speed and went with the M608. For a while, it was making a slight rubbing noise when printing the first page, but worked perfectly regardless. The noise has passed, so I'm assuming it was just a burr on one of the cogs that worked off.

Simply the best - Buy HP printers or buy twice!!
Having owned the M603 that has done over 1.6m prints and still going, the M611dn is simply the best. HP are the gold standard in office printers. Having bought a cheaper rival, it failed on opening and we reverted back to old faithful in HP. Cannot beat HP printers and hardware. Buy HP printers or buy twice!!

Do not buy this if you use legal paper
If you plan on using legal paper, you have to leave the tray open which is in the way and then gets bumped and jams. Older versions had the legal paper stick out the back where it is not in the way....

Very difficult to install and the hp support is very difficult to contact or get answers

Lasted 7 days
Received printer and within a week it was printing super faded jobs. Did 2 hours worth of technical support and had to return it and get a replacement. It's unfortunate, but maybe the new one will be better.

Faulty printer
Printer printed 3 pages before malfunctioning. HP sent a tech to fix and he needs other parts to fix. The printer does not work and waiting for a fix from HP. I don't know why they are not replacing the faulty printer!
