Fast shipping, fast printing, easy setup.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still fairly new so I would not expect any issues yet, but this looks to be built like a tank. Time will tell, but so far, it works as expected and would suggest it for any medium sized business for standard black and color laser printing needs.

Great printer for small business.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My HP 4770 died a few weeks ago so I replaced it with the HP Enterprise M553x and I'm really glad I did. It is so much faster and quieter. So far it's been a great printer and very easy install.

Very easy to set up and fast to print!
I have only had this printer for a short time but I was very impressed with the ease of setup and the way it connected to my home network. I use both PC and Mac computers and neither had a problem with this printer. I thought that the print quality was very acceptable and it has very quick startup and print out speed. My only complaint is that occasionally paper going through will be slightly askew when printed. Not all pages but just occasionally one random page. I have made sure the paper guides are correctly set but it still happens.

Great printer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this printer less than a month ago and so far so good. However, I am still trying to learn how to do double sided printing without having to flip the paper myself.

Printing not consistent...frusterating.
I am frusterated with this very expensive printer. It never prints the same way twice. The inconsistency is costing my small business money because I lose ink and labels reprinting abd recalibrating to get it to print correctly. It will finally line up and then the 2nd sheet that comes out is different. I am likely going to return it and try another brand.
