I have used HP Laserjet printers for over 40 years. They have always been and are now solid machines with excellent print quality. I needed this new printer on very short notice because my 30 year old HP malfunctioned. I have some minor parts on order and it will be running again very soon. The new one was very easy to setup and worked perfectly on first try. It is a very nice, small, capable backup printer. Very suitable for a primary printer for home and small office.

walmart does it again what a sweet price for this all in 1 HP, i chose it for value and its compatible with my HP computer (better together). its my first printer and im so impressed how easy it was to set up and use, its compact modern and sleek looking and im very happy definitely recommend !

I'm usually not good with anything related to computers printers tablets, anyway it was so easy to set up and it's so easy to use and I love that I can print from anywhere. If you don't want to pay for a subscription you need to have an actual cable to connect to your PC...WHICH IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE. During setup you realize that the wireless option is through a phone app that requires a subscription. Fortunately for me my old printer was also an HP so the cable worked. If you are not fortunate like me then go on a shopping trip to find the correct cable, not to mention the extra $$$.. Terrible terrible terrible shame on HP.

There is nothing wrong with the printer but I am disappointed that the print is so light. Laser printers are advertised as having great quality printing but mine does not have this. I wanted to stop having to buy ink so I bought the laser . Then was informed by HP that the laser ink also has to be replaced.

If the printer is only monochrome, pleasehave it be more visible. The printer is great, but there are time when I'll need to print in color, not just black and white. It prints fast, but please make important stuff like that more visible. $150 is not nothing, especially with how the world is at right now

Was hoping for a better outcome. I have tried several times reconnecting this to the internet, followed all the instructions in the app, won't connect. Scanner hasn't worked since day one. Will be looking for a new one, unfortunately. I have loved all my previous HP printers, this one not so much.

I am not sure the quality, since I didn't use it. It needs to go to HP web side and pay subscription fee periodically. It does not fit my need. I just use it occasionally at home, though I like a LaserJet printer. On the other side, I think it is too complicated to set and start printing.

Set the wifi up for the printer and it worked. Since then every time I want to print from my phone I have to reset the wifi connection. Piece of garbage. I do not recommend buying this printer. The app says get more help contact us on Facebook messenger. Seriously what kind if garbage is that?
