Due to covid my husband is now working from home, so we needed to set up his office. this was a perfect addition. has everything we needed at a reasonable price.
Love the printer... it is my second machine for our 2 homes.
The printer arrived much quicker as the delivery date. I was a very pleasant experience
very efficient print ,good quality
I like the product. But HP used to be very good on installation instructions. These were poor! I spent over an hour trying to figure out how to install with the options (both the paper they included and the referenced web sites and searches). I finally gave up on figuring it out, and just got it out of the box and plugged it in, and started trying things. With the exception of needing to down load some software for a couple of steps, it wS straight forward, and the system was helpful. Seemed like it was a typical easy to use HP product, don't know why they could not figure out how to provide clear simple instructions. Maybe somebody at HP drank too much of the "customers can't read" kool-aid. They went overboard on minimalist pictures, no explanation and like the customer waste their time until they figure it out.
Super fast printing. 1,000 plus pages before changing toner/ink. Much better than an ink-jet. Worth the extra cost for solid performance.
I've had this all-in-one multi function printer for almost a month now. Overall, I'm happy with it. However, copies and prints are not as crisp as I would like. For a $200 machine the black should be blacker and crisper. We had an HP 1012 LaserJet printer prior to this with the same dpi of 600x600 and the documents came out crisper. Despite this, we've decided to keep it as the printing is quick and the crispness is not enough of an issue for us to return it.
BEWARE!!!!!!!! NO DISC OR MANUAL TO GIVE INSTRUCTIONS. WENT TO HP WEBSITE FOR HELP AND WAS JUST MORE CONFUSING WHICH DOWNLOAD TO INSTALL. FINALLY GOT EVERYTHING RUNNING AND COULD NOT GET IT TO SCAN.....NEVER AGAIN HP.........NO HELP TO BE FOUND0THANKS FOR THE GREAT PRINTER...NO PHONE HELP EITHER....:(
Purchased this printer off an ad showing/stating it was a color printer during my busy tax season. Didn't have time until later to unpack and set up. THEN realized it was NOT color. Contacted the sellers twice and still have not heard back. The return period had ended 2 days before my discovery. Now it's been over a month and a half.
Its black and white and it's hard to hook up
