honest
I was misled to think that it could scan. I opted for the pro installation plan $29.95. It took 3 technicians 3 days to set it up. This is just a simple small black and white printer.

Great printer! Compact and well made! I owned a similar printer also from HP. It lasted ten years. Very easy to install. This printer arrived a week before it was scheduled. I needed to print a few documents, so it came right on time.

Light weight and simple to use printer
We don't do a lot of printing. But so far, this printer has been great. It is light weight. Easy to connect and use. It has been exactly what we needed.

I was looking for a inexpensive laser printer that was connected through WiFi. I received it earlier than expected and had no problem hooking it up.

Nice printer for the $$, tedious customer support
The printer performs will and prints from all my devices. There is an issue in securing internal WiFi. When I changed the default password it locked me out. There appear some security risks with some of the software. Customer support is less than ideal.

Do not buy if you are on a Apple Mac platform.
Warning this printer is not apple compatible. no matter what HP says. Its especially incompatible with older versions of iOS. Set up is overly complicated requiring launching different sw packages. This printer is suspiciously similar to Samsung products (now HP). The final insult is the Smart HP software, you are forced to load, serves no purpose to printing, a complete marketing department tool to get you to store documents on their servers.

Bad rating.
Printer has struggled to feed paper and randomly will not feed at all since day one. Tried different weights and brands of paper and it made no difference. Would be a great printer if it would feed.
