HP LaserJet Pro M255dw Wireless Laser Color Printer

Very nice printer for home or small business use. The only disappointment is that HP claims that it will work with Windows XP (with service pack 3), in addition to the newer Windows operating systems, but it would not work for me. HP says I have to pay for support since they blame my system for it not working.

This is the best printer I've ever had. It's fast, easy to set up, prints easily on two sides without having to re-insert paper. Can't say enough good things about it.

The printer arrived promptly. So far it works like a dream, however I've only had it for a few days so far. But it's solid, doesn't take up much room, holds almost a ream of paper, and does a beautiful job of printing what I request it to. However I have yet to print anything on photo paper etc. so I can't say anything about that. I'm sure I'll have more to say after a few months.

I am seriously unhappy with this purchase. It has nothing to do with the Walmart services. My problem with the printer is that it is very bulky for the few things that it does. It does not have a surface to place an item to copy. It reminds me of a 1980's printer that took up most of a desk. I am very unhappy with it and I hope to return it.

The printer arrived on time, but box was open. The warranty in english was missing, I know only because the spanish version was there. Lastly and more importantly, the color printing is just horrible. I am not giving up on it yet, but if you try to print anything color just comes out completely different colors than the original document. There was a small part of the printer that was chipped. Seems like i was sent an open box or refurbished item. Set up is not the easiest either. I waited months for this printer to come back in stock, but the one i was sent was definitely not worth the wait.
