Printer was sold as new, but was not new
The box was opened and taped back shut, so I'm thinking this was sold to me as new but was opened box. When I unboxed it and plugged it in, print quality was very bad. I installed a new toner, and print quality was still very bad. I always do a warranty lookup when I buy new hardware. On this printer which was purchased in April 2025, the warranty begin end dates were 2018-2019. This is a used or refurbished printer that was sold as new. When I contacted the seller, they gave me the runaround and wouldn't accept a direct return. Luckily, Walmart accepted the return no problem.
