HP LaserJet Pro MFP M477fdn - multifunction printer (color)

It was delivered the next day, cool. Easy setup. Setup for email scan was so easy, the setup for my Xerox was a pain, and still can't setup the email scan. HP software is nice. So much better that my Xerox all in one, which is the size of a dishwasher. The HP quality is great. I'm glad I spent a little more and gotten this model of all in one. My Xerox was close to $800. Nice machine and it was a better buy at Sam's Club as well as the warranty was a good buy there.

I purchased this color laser printer because it could do it all. If you need to digitized a lot of documents (I'm the executor to an estate) then this make it easier. With full duplexing of scanning and printing. I'm surprised how many laser printers/scanners that print duplex but NOT scan duplex (both sides). And being on sale helped make my decision.

I bought this earlier this month and unfortunately had to wait over an extra week on delivery???? Don't know why the delay in shipping? Otherwise, it was easy to set-up- love the wireless feature- easily connected to all of my Apple iPhones, iPads, and Mac computers.

This printer was easy to install and setup. I have used almost all features and have had not problems. I can print from my iPad, laptops and desktop. So glad I purchased this printer.

I have used several different brands of printers, the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fdw has been one of the easiest to install and connect to all of my family's PCs and devices. My setup is with my Internet modem/router so any wired or wireless device has easy access. One nice unexpected feature is the ability to scan from any connected device. The operating systems of our connected devices range from Windows 7 and 10 to iOS and Android.

i bought this a month ago and the setup and connection was easy, even the wireless setup was easy. Great printer!!!!

I thought this was wireless so it didn't turn out to be what I had hoped for. We have newer laptops without disk players so the disk provided to load the software couldn't be used. Of course I was planning to used the wireless to hook-up to the printer. I had to take each laptop and go on the internet and download the necessary printer software. Not to mention, we have to physically plug our laptops into the computer if we want to print something. My mistake for not reading the description good enough. The print quality isn't too impressive. It gets the job done but you are not going to be impressed with vibrant colours or photo-like images. I would actually give the print quality 3 1/2 stars. Pretty straight forward menu and user interfaces so anyone can feel confident using the device.

Prints, copies, faxes, & scans. Does it's job and the cartages are reasonable priced.

In seems to be a very nice printer. I have it installed wirelessly and can print from Windows 7, Ubuntu (Linux) Bionic Beaver. The included documentation alluded to Windows XP support. There were no XP drivers on the included CD. A chat with HP support proved futile. It is a nice printer and the output is very good. But since there is no XP support, I am only giving it 3 stars. Otherwise, it may have gotten 4 or 5.

I've tried multiple times but I can't complete the installation process with Windows 10. Hp website is no help.
