HP OfficeJet 8122 Wireless All-in-One Color Inkjet Printer, Scanner, Copier, 3 Mos Free Instant Ink

I bought this printer to replace an older OJ 6968, which was mostly still working except for the fact that I couldn't unclog the print heads and they are not replacable byowners and too expensive to even have done. So far, I am very happy with this 8125 as it is very similar in funtion. The one thing missing is the built in fax function, which, so far, I am not really missing. Set up was fairly easy and the prints look great. This is also my first experience with HP's (or actually Microsoft's) universal drivers for newer printers. So far, again, no problems.

This printer was very easy to set up and seems to work quite well so far. I did not go with the Instant Ink as, for me, I feel I would spend more on the monthly subscription than I would buying it from the store when I need it.

I'm 86 and little older since setting up my last HP printer about 10 years ago, so it took me a little longer to set it up. The paper tray was so different. I finally got all my little problems ironed out and all is running smoothly now. I'm a HP fan all the way.

In the first few days I had a problem with printing it as when I print it sometimes there is other pages that are unaligned but after a few days and some tips on google the printer became good I will definitely recommend

I am disappointed that the printer does not do both sides of a document automatically. I also find the Menu screen is not as sensitive as I feel it should be. Often I have to press the screen repeatedly to operate the features. Otherwise the print feature is great.

The print quality is acceptable. The control panel leaves much to be desired. I have been struggling to connect my HP laptop to the HP printer. This should be a no-brainer whatever happened to plug-in play I spent 30 years at Xerox as a designer and engineer. I know printing I am not at all happy with my new printer.

Bought this for my home office. Was not easy to setup. I consider myself pretty tech savvy. It was easy for my wi-fi to “find” my new printer. However, creating a shortcut icon took forever! No clear instructions or even detailed instructions included. I hate the paper feeder tray when I need to scan documents! It takes at least 3 tries before it scans. Plus, I have to open the top of the feeder tray, take the paper out and try again before the scanner works. Not happy about this at all!! I would not recommend this AIO printer. If you want a better printer, you need to spend more money for an upgraded printer, which is not in my budget.

Followed directions to a “T” but it's hit or miss if it will print quickly or recognize the print job… some time out, others take a minute to recognize the job, very few are quick/automatic. Very disappointing….would not recommend…

This new printer I was pushed to buy because you no longer support my HP Officejet Pro 9025. I hate this printer. I am always waiting for it to connect. It has no USB port so I have to ask it to scan from my computer and there is almost always a connection problem, so instead of working I am fussing with network connections. It doesn't scan to JPEG which I often need, so I have to keep my old printer in any case. I have lost respect for HP.

New designated cartridge, print one or two things, already low on ink. Printing sucks, hard to print anything in general with the system. When i do manage to get to work, produces horrible results. Gives me colored result when I turn off colors, and also did the opposite at some point before. It is manufactured poorly, feels very unstable and loud for doing nothing. Do NOT recommend. I'd give it a negative if I could.
