HP OfficeJet Pro 6978

I had the exact printer for use in my home for years before and liked how convenient and easy it was to set up and use. I also had extra unused ink when it finally died. I purposely looked for another printer fax machine as this. I was surprised to find one as easily as I did.

I have had this printer before and never had any issues with it until it just stopped working one day. Bought a new one to replace it. love having a fax which is not a common feature with many of the newer printer. My ink is set up to be replaced by HP as it is needed so I don't have to worry about running out of ink. This printer is used for home use as well as a part time job I have.

This model printer was just what I was looking for. In the past I have had 2 and know that now they were not making this model anymore. So glad I was able to find through Walmart.com. The price was good and the shipment and arrival time was perfect. Thanks Walmart.com

I own 2 of these chairs, my daughters each own one and I purchased one has a gift for my sister. Very nice chair. Very comfortable.

Since 2010 it is the 3rd one I have bought. First one 2010 at my office still going strong. 2nd one also in 2010 at home lasted 13 years, just replaced it with the same HP OfficeJet Pro 6978.

Upgraded from printer one step below. Printer has good options and works well. Installation instructions can be more detailed but I figured it out. Good delivery and good product.

As for the printer, it's actually not being made anymore so that's something to keep in mind. But whatever you do, do not buy anything from this seller. He's completely ghosted me after sending me a broken printer. The pic shows the printer wrapped up with the display completely off. They wrapped it knowing it was broken. What a nightmare.

While using the printer to make multiple copies, it jammed and a white gear came off preventing the ink cartridges from moving and printer from performing. Returned.

This was supposed to be a new printer/scanner, turns out it is a 6 year old refurbished printer and out of warranty as soon as it arrives. No support from Walmart.

It did not work, had to return to vender. Walmart is great to deal with because they helped me get my money back from the outside vendor. Walmart definitely got your back when ordering from an outside vendor.
