HP Product at Great Price
Love HP products so this printer is an upgrade. Printer is great for everyday. Price was lower and arrived earlier than expected.

The printer itself is fine. DON'T INSTALL USING THE HP SMART APP! I have 2 laptops, couldn't get either to connect or when they would they would only print the firat few lines and or keep starting over...finally after seveal days and many hours, I removed the app, uninstalled the printer and then reinstalled using the Devices

Had to replace it in less than 2 years
I've had this printer about a year and a half. It has stopped printing blue and black colors (so no green, purple either). I now have to replace it. I have tried everything recommended to fix the problem but for whatever reason it will not pull ink from the blue cartridge or the black. I hate having to replace this printer in less than 2 years. It's cheaply made, paper tray is flimsy plastic, shoots paper out onto the floor as there is no output tray, and didn't last long. would not recommend.
