[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this printer to replace an old one for a company of about 70-80 people (at the office in which it's installed.) Printer was easy to set up and has tons of features. Multiple ways to connect make printing/scanning very easy. Print quality is good and is also pretty quick. Ink is dry by the time it reaches the tray. Great printer for moderate use.
Changed from my old HP printer being 10 years old to newer one, with working from home and home schooling went for this all-in-one with Instant Ink. Setup was a breeze, part of my home network now and can print from everything and anywhere. Great quality prints. Got the first batch of instant ink - one headache less to remember to buy, and only refills when needed and does it in advance so never run out at critical times. Oh and the brushed aluminum casing looks very stylish.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this hp printer approx 4 months ago we have printed everything from graphs , complex spreadsheets, pictures, and of course pages an pages of documents and so far so great no jams no issues what so ever we have used scanner and the paper feed it works .. the ink seems to be working an so far have only had to replace the black .. the wifi connect seems to be solid .. so far very happy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After six years of homeschooling with my original HP 8610 printer, I finally upgraded to this model. While I can truely say that I was satisfied with my former printer, I am totally in love with printer. In addition to being eligible for the HP Instant Ink program and never having to worry about running out of ink and being able to print anything and everything in color, this printer has a feeder that will scan two sided documents saving me so much time when copying documents and worksheet pages. It also has two paper trays allowing me to keep regular paper in one tray while I use the second tray for any specialty paper that I might be using for a project. For a homeschool moma with her own business, this was just what I needed!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this about a week now. One time I got an error message that I had a bad print head so I had to reset the cartridges. Several times it has told me that I have the magenta and cyan cartridges in the wrong slots when I didn't. The only way I could clear it was to reset every cartridge. Sometimes it sounds like the internal parts are cheaply made plastic that is about to break! This is not the usual quality that I am used to getting from HP. I don't know if I just got a bad printer or if they are all like this. Luckily I have warranty on it because I have a feeling that it will not be lasting long.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not nearly as good as the HP 8025. Slow, but quiet. Set-up was a pain. It was so much easier when install disc was provided. Paper tray #2 (top) and the discharge tray are cheap beyond cheap. Feels like they're going to snap in half every time I touch them. The discharge tray is so short, documents fall right off the end.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first think I realized about the 9025 Officejet printer was how much cheaper it looked than the 8630 I had been using for years. It was easy to get working as a WI-FI printer. But I thought I saw that as a FAX it could also operate at WE-FI and I was wrong. The front panel features are so small that I must use a rubber probe - which sometimes works and sometimes does not - to enter data. One of my fingers covers at least two keys at once. I really wanted my 8630 to be restored but was told that it could not, so I would have to buy a new type. The 9025 is just not sophisticated looking at all. It does print well. I hope the cable I am ordering will allow it to do my FAX work as well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this, set it up, printed out first page, no issues. Scanned first page back in and that scanned document (page) was crooked or tilted. Sizing of scanned page did not match original. Margins were off, text in scan was shifted. Image in scanned result was of different size, and so was text. Scanned different pages, of high quality printed documents, and all came out crooked or tilted, margins off, etc. Does not matter if you use the document feeder or place the page directly on the scanning bed aligned to the corner, the resulting scan always comes out crooked. This is unacceptable if you are in need of an accurate scan in order to edit PDF documents. OCR fails because of tilted text. The attractiveness of an All-In-One printer with the scanning capability that the 9025e is supposed to deliver is the elimination of a dedicated piece of equipment for scanning documents or photos or other paperwork. The 9025e fails in quality document scanning. Investigation of other reviews on 9025e and other HP All-In-One printers reveal many have this crooked or tilted scan issue. Had high hopes that HP's 9025e would have incorporated the latest in scan technology producing high quality results but sadly this is not the case. Returned the printer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this printer and once I got it, there was nothing but issues. Once I opened the paper drawer it would not close, setting up software was dismal at best, the ink cartridges that came with it were mostly depleted. Therefore I cannot give it more than a 1 star rating
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the printer in less than one day. That was great. HOWEVER, one of the ink cartridges is defective and I have not been able to install the printer to print, copy, or scan because of this. I called your customer service number and they walked me through testing all the cartridges (which I had done several times on my own). I was then informed that it would be 7 to 10 days before I received replacement ink. I told the agent that I needed this printer for work and that the ink should be delivered as quickly as the printer. No such luck. What a shame.
