the only thing i don't like is the keyboard, it has no backlight. so you cant see the keys if it is dark. other than that i love it, regardless of it, it doesn't bother me at all. i highly recommend

Very fast laptop. Have had battery life issues in the past. Hope this is better. HP has had a problem with their laptop batteries dying way before their laptops do. If they don't fix this problem then they need to make their batteries accessible from outside of the computer like they used to be in the old days. It is bad to have a laptop that will only run when it is plugged in.

A very worth the money lab with a lot of memory. I'm gonna love this thing, I love it already learning how to type.

My son is starting college in the fall and needed a beast of a laptop for electrical engineering. It is a little heavier than most but it has a ton of memory and running power. So far he seems to be happy with it.

I'm absolutely in love with this computer. It has all the features I need for a very reasonable price. I love having a larger 17.3” screen. It's larger than other computers I've had, which is wonderful! The colors on the screen are vibrant, crisp and clear. The keyboard is very comfortable and easy to use. Set up was a breeze with very clear instructions. I was up and running in just a couple minutes. I like having the fingerprint feature to sign in. The touchscreen is absolutely a must! It has plenty of RAM with 1 Terabyte SSD, which is plenty of storage. I'm able to connect my iPhone to it so I can access my phone calls, and get all my text messages and notifications from my phone on the computer. That's a great feature! The battery life seems to be excellent! It comes in a beautiful Rose Gold color. It's beautiful! I highly recommend this computer. Love, love, love it!

The keyboard is a little awkward if you're used to a Mac keyboard which we generally use, but we chose this laptop because my son started taking college engineering courses and most of the software that is used in these courses operates better with a PC. The graphics chip seems to be OK but it's not the best.

Isn't working setting up just froze. Got as far as privacy setting just froze and wouldn't do any anything.

Returned. Used 3 times. on 2nd use noticed pixilated pictures. Third time got grey sceen after signing in. Reattemped signing and git grey screen again
