Misrepresentation of Backlit Keyboard Function
I really like the HP Pavilion, however, I feel I was tricked by the Model Number as it relates to the Backlit Keyboard. When searching on-line for various laptop models, the model I bought from Walmart had the exact same model number as the ones I reviewed on line that INCLUDED a Backlit Keyboard. However, the laptop that I received did NOT have a Backlit Keyboard. In fact, the F11 Key, which controls the Backlit Keyboard, is blank on the laptop I received. I submitted these comments to HP, and have not received any feedback. Is it possible I was shipped a "knock-off" laptop and not a genuine HP laptop?
