I am not a technology genius by all means, but I am computer literate! I love this computer. This is my first All in one! In the past I've always purchased Hp products and this is by far the best I've had from them. The screen is a very nice size. I was considering an Apple computer nxt year before I got this one, this one is really really nice(and not just bc I got it through the Spark Reviewer program). I would have definitely consider this one without the Spark Reviewer as well. The computer includes a wireless keyboard and mouse, but it's also touchscreen which is magnificent! I'm no game freak but I play games such as Uno & friends, and solitaire which requires a compatible system, which this is. This computer doesn't sound loud at all (u can hear it running a bit which is normal). It has like 3 HDMI ports in the back and a couple of USB ports as well. It also has a built in camera on top. The speaker is built in the front (cloth like covering)..very neat and great sound. As you may know the wireless keyboard and mouse requires 2 AAA battery which are included. This system is very lightweight..works from Windows 10. I think it has a trial from Mcafee and Microsoft Office. Very easy setup and help from Cortana, a virtual assistant created by Microsoft for Windows 10. I can't really tell you anything about the intel except it's i5 and I heard that was good from reading about it. That's another reason why I chose this computer apart from the other ones that were offered.

Love that there is no tower to deal with. This is like a giant laptop with a keyboard. Very fast loading and attractive but I can pick it up and put it away out of site when I need more space

Once You Plug It In The Computer/Cortana Walks You Through The Steps To Get You Up & Running Quickly. The Webcam Can Be Pulled Up Or Pushed Down For Privacy. Such A Clever Idea. So Many Features To This All In One. I Noticed That I Needed A Couple More USB Slots, So A USB Hub Was Added. The Touchscreen Is Great. Saves Time & Less Clicking Of The Mouse. The Pavilion 24 was bought for my grandson to use for remote learning. It was extremely easy to set up and begin to use immediately. My grandson (10yrs.) did most himself. Obviously one needs a little experience setting up and using computers; But, just knowing your network password, resetting your router and following easy written instructions. Most people who have basic computer experience will find set up easy. Anyway I'll comment further if problems arise.

Excellent display screen. Wish they had CD Drive included. Had to purchase separately. Keyboard is different but in a good way. Will just have to adapt.

This is actually an awesome machine! Yes, i know...nothing super special about the specs on it, but for $499.00 Brand New it was a great deal that i decided to take the chance with it and buy it. This machine was actually priced at $999.99 and even $1099.99 several months ago. I would NEVER pay that much for it! I bought it because i wanted a unit that isnt a laptop but still somewhat portable since its an all-in- one-machine (no tower and a very thin monitor) and has a wireless keyboard and mouse. Im tired of being constricted to the confines of a laptop and being slouched over a laptop and this machine helps with that by giving more freedom with a seperate and wireless keyboard that you can position as far away from the screen as you wish and the monitor can be placed anywhere at any height level to avoid neck cranking. The machine itself is very beautiful and so far it works great! The picture quality is beautiful and it even has a touch screen option if you prefer! The keyboard is very sleek and works great also and the mouse is decent. The machine seems to work much faster than the specs suggest and seems lightning fast for basic needs and the power up process seems to literally take seconds! Installing updates is super fast also. Overall i am happy with this computer and for $499.00...i wont complain at all. But i wouldnt want to pay anymore than that for this otherwise i would just spend more money on a much better and more current machine. When it comes to buying computers its almost a lose/lose situation...you buy a machine thats supposed to be the "fastest" the most "powerful" and the "newest technology"...and then just a year or two later its like you own a dinosaur...hahaha! Thats why i try to spend the least amount of money on these things and try to get the best you can because in the end its almost like you should have just waited to buy a different computer. Great computer for basic needs. (wed Surfing, typing, data and small games) If you are looking for a computer that can handle major games, this is not the computer for you! I love the All-In-One. It is slick and slender and out of the way! No Tower to worry about hiding! No crazy amount of cords handing off the back of your desk! Touchscreen works great! All Wireless keyboard and mouse is great too!

Don't do it! Purchased computer on-line and was delivered via 3rd party provider. It worked 3 weeks. Have been fighting with Walmart and Tech Electronics (where it came from) for replacement - none so far. Purchased service plan that refers me back to Manufacturer which says warranty has expired as it is a 2018 computer. Go figure...

I just bought this computer. It doesn't work. At first it was slow, now it doesn't even work. I contacted seller to either exchange or REFUND SEVERAL TIMES AND I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN ONE SINGLE RESPONSE. I PAID 1,000 PLUS 58 FOR INSURANCE FOR 3 YEARS AND NOTHING!
