easy set up

Highly recommend I love it, I also purchased Hp double monitors which makes it even better. Perfect for all of my crafting projects

Do not like keys on keborad flush with keyboard. Like them raaised up and print on keys a LOT darker, can hardly see them.

It's sleek and lightweight. The wireless keyboard and mouse both work on one plug-in. The setup was easy.

Computer is just okay nothing special, purchased because of low price. Major problem is that HP claims that the warranty expired last year 9/24. I spent over a hour with a HP rep, sent in my Walmart receipt and they still won't honor the warranty. If they don't step up and honor the warranty I plan to turn them over to the BBB and consumer fraud dept. Won't ever buy a HP computer again, and won't ever buy a computer or electronics from Walmart.

Cause when I bought it it did not have warranty, and they were giving me a lot of problems customer service trying to get somebody to give me warranty for the computer, but nobody wanted to do that so I returned it back and I will not buy it again

NOT delivered. Order was canceled by Walmart due to the third party seller's incorrect information on the website.

Computer hard drive failed. Purchased Allstate warranty.Told no replacement or refund possible.I must take computer and try an d repair. They would reimburse depending on cost.

Said last one left, quickly brought it, then received in mail after few days. The box looks scratchy with black marks, product looks well boxed inside but when I go to setup and connect to my monitor screen it never worked. Waste of money, time and using affirm to make the purchase.

I purchased this item on 4/28/2023, The owners manual that is included is in print too small to read without a magnifying glass. On the 34th day of ownership, I found out the reason for the small print. I thought the computer was warranted for 1 year from date of purchase. The software has ZERO warranty. I had a problem and called customer service. It cost $51.99 plus tax making it $55.63 to get the problem fixed ( assuming it is fixed ) Then you are placed on a program that bills you $16.99/mo plus tax that gives you the privilege to call and ask them questions, which you can cancel at any time. They really have a lot of faith in their product. I have an HP keyboard, mouse, monitor, printer and computer. After this, I will NEVER buy another HP product. So I would advise you for next Christmas: If you want to spread a lot of Glee; Don't place an HP under the tree! I am SICK of HP!
