Delivery came one week early I was very happy. Laptop easy to use and work on.

Computer is much sturdier than expected. It has a textured soundbar that projects sound very well. It is a little heavier than I expected, but very thin and easy to hold. No issues with connecticity or speed.

I love the 360 touch screen! I love that it rotates into a tablet! It makes it great to do the reading for my homework. I absolutely love the pen!

Exceeded expectations... Easy setup... Fast, hassle free, powerful with no problems...

I give it a 4/5 stars because I got this about a year ago and until recently, my laptop has started to freeze and go slower so I might have to pay someone to actually look inside my laptop because some have said its the hard drive or the air system not working anymore, which I thought I wouldn't need to worry about till a few years later, not now.

Had this laptop for 2 days... Read some reviews prior to purchase indicating that the back cover "slides off"... so assumed I could remove a few screws and slide the cover off. Nope. three of the six screws are blocked, requiring the removal of rubber feet and a small plastic circle cover... then the cover has to be pried off, which could possibly break some of the internal clips. So; not impossible -- but not as easy as I first thought. With that said, I still think the HP Pavilion 15-cr0037wm is a great value for under $400 considering the decent FHD display and 8th gen i3 processor.. I plan to use it as a dedicated living room PC... for sports stats during games and IMDB searches while watching movies. Because of the tablet mode, I can see watching some Amazon prime movies in the bedroom-- not sure if this will replace my 10" Kindle Fire for that purpose.

Active Pen misses the spot. I got this laptop for the stylus support and the stylus is constantly missing spots on a screen. If you draw a straight line, there will be a gap. I have used the active pen on other older laptops and this is a subpar experience. The 1080p screen is nice, but the laptop is slow at times.

I bought this Nov. 16, 2019. Turns out this model first came out in 2016 so it's old. Do not buy unless you want a basic machine with average/below average functions. I really don't think it's available any longer and for the price there are better and newer models. I didn't realize Walmart was selling liquidations. The cons: Very slow. For the money buy a newly released version with faster chips, etc. Fan makes a lot of noise and never shuts off. A known issue as per HP and the internet. Graphics are only reasonable. Nothing spectacular. Back lit keyboard has one brightness regardless of what HP says to do to dim it. Realtek sound card is old so there's no equalizer. For my preference the sound could use more bass. This model can't do that. It is basic in all ways. Pros: If you want a home office machine for invoices, letters, etc and need a bit more than a data processor then depending on which application you buy and install this model will do fine but there are less expensive units that will do the same thing.

Upon arrival, the item ran into a Hard Disk 3F0 error on your HP laptop or desktop PC. When you try to power on your computer and you get this error message, it may seem vague and incomprehensible to you. That's because it is vague and incomprehensible. Sometimes these boot errors occur because your hard drive has broken down and no longer works. Check to make sure your hard drive is the primary boot device in BIOS and that the cables connecting it to the motherboard are tight and secure. As always, Walmart's customer service department provided the worst of the worst services while trying to return the item. Hint: Walmart should take a look at their Organizational structure, and try to figure out, what their employees need, so they can address their customer service problems. I believe if the company focused more on their employees, their customer service will improve.

they sent a defective product that wasn't brand new like I was expecting. Walmart wouldn't let us return it for a refund and the warranty didn't help with anything. Tried to call HP and they said since it was through Walmart they couldn't send a refund wasted $1000 for a piece of garbage that didn't work. Don't buy a laptop from Walmart or ypull waste your money.
