This headset is very comfortable and really keeps the background noise out. I work from home and I have very talkative cats and customers do not hear them. My job sent me this pair when I first started working for them but one of my cats chewed up the cord and after extensive research I ended up with these again because I knew they were comfortable! 100% recommend!
I have great hearing but after I got out of the hospital and had to make several important calls I found I could hardly hear who I was talking with. This wasn't every call but it was a lot of calls so I purchased these headphones to see if it would help and it did TREMENDOUSLY. I can now easily hear every caller I talk to and will see if these headphones will help my hearing impaired brother. If they do I will be purchasing a second pair for him .
This headset works perfectly right out of the box — just plug and play, no driver setup or installation needed. It's comfortable to wear and connects easily with the included dongle featuring a 3.5mm audio jack and built-in USB-A/USB-C adapter. Excellent for web-based calls — clear audio both ways, and the receiver hears me loud and clear every time.
This headset has excellent sound quality and microphone. i use it for dictation. All needed adapters are included. A premium product.
The foam quality feels cheap and irritates my ears. I'm constantly adjusting for comfort. The sound quality, voice transmission, and ease of use are excellent.
This headset is great for the office. I needed a wired headset because I just couldn't trust my Bluetooth headset to work when I needed it. This headset has not failed me yet. The earcups are comfortable. My only complaint is that the cord is a little short for my needs.
