I like this mini computer, but I don't like Walmart's behavior. The seller is third-party. It's not the seller's fault, but I have to review this for other buyers. When I purchased this, it stated that I could add a protection plan for 30 days from purchase.
I went to Walmart twice, and I was told I had to add it online after being asked to bring in the s/n and box for the second return attempt. Then, I contacted the seller, who told me he can't add it. I finally talked to Walmart's customer service line, and it took 1 hour. A rep and supervisor could do nothing. I was advised to return the computer and repurchase a warranty. Then, the supervisor said I should be able to add the warranty, but he offered no way of doing that. I called Square trade, and they couldn't believe that Walmart was unable to help. I guess I will return this computer if the issue can't be fixed by 30 days from the date of purchase, which is on the 17th of November. The other option is to keep this without a warranty. I'm not sure what I'll do. Walmart is an okay place, but I really wish they weren't so inept.
