Purchased a total of 4. 2 of them were great, the other 2 booted up and could not find the hard drive. I am giving it a low rating because trying to work with Wal-Mart Marketplace and return this has been nothing but a nightmare and waste of my time. They gave me a barcode and said I could return it to a store, the store refused to accept it. Called , after 40 mins talking to a guy that said he would help, was disconnected. Called again, and WalMart is reaching out to the seller on my behalf--Which I already did. I think the only choice I have left is to dispute the charge as 2 of the items are defective. To be honest , probably just a loose cable, but I don't want to be on the hook for opening the PC up. Further more, messages sent and received from the marketplace seller are not available to the consumer, only .com customer service can see them, so I advise taking screen shots.
