Ease of use is the #1 thing I like about it. Bluetooth connectivity made set-up simple. The bottles of ink provided made filling easy also. I have printed various things with & without color. I have used the copier and scanner functions also with ease. 10/10

I replaced a Canon PIXMA Mega Tank printer with the HP Smart Tank 6001 because the Canon was not supported on my 5gb internet connection. Instead I had to dumb-down my PC as well as my iPhone and iPad to 2.4 gb in order to connect to the printer. The HP was simple to set up following the step by step video instructions on my PC using the HP app. So far the printer is perfect.

This unit replaced an old All-In-One. I love the "tank" technology, easy to load the ink and observe usage. Plus the design of the printer makes it easy to place anywhere in my home office. I thought I might miss not having a document feeder, but I realized that I had little use for this option and this unit is the best!

A good printer at a reasonable price. I am a return customer. My 10 year old HP printer still works. Just wanted an up grade.

I've only had this printer for a week (coming off of an instant ink based printer to stop paying for ink monthly). I thought it would be a much better printer because it cost about three times as much as the instant ink printer. The print quality is good, but the paper has jammed twice and I'm not sure why. The paper is new/clean/flat. I had it on the floor which was carpet and perhaps not as even as a hard table. So, I put it on a solid piece of wood now so that it sits level now as intended and since then, no paper jams have occurred. I can't say whether or not it was worth the cost quite yet as it's still new, but fingers crossed!

Works ok with phone and laptop when laptop is working. This is more of a WIFI printer than a network printer. Got it to work with Win 11 but not Win 10. The quality of the print is good but it is jut connection.

This printer is crappy. It never connects to my laptop easily. I should have just bought a cheap printer to connect with a cable. I thought maybe the ink would last longer and that proved to be the least of my problems. Read the reviews and found out that everyone has issues with connections. Note to self...spend more time next time reading reviews. This is a piece of junk and the second HP printer I bought..issue with the first HP printer was an issue with the ink/carriage not moving & I waited too long to open before returning.

It was defective. I could never get the printheads installed because the carriage did not move. I found the online help minimal at best. I wanted a printer that would lower the cost of ink which was the reason I selected this printer but it was a waste of my time.
