You are forced into a Microsoft Account upon initial setup. Also the keyboard has the same silver letters on the keys => hard to read. My other HP laptops have white letters on a black keyboard.

no memory. will not allow normal system updates. very slow. would not have purchased if I'd known how bad this ran

This would be a great computer for beginners who don't need much storage. Had to return it for more storage.

Bought this computer for my daughter to have for school because they have yet to replace the one she has. So this is for the mean time. I don't know if it's because I'm used to Mac but this computer feels very slow to me. Responds when it wants to but takes its time responding to things. It's a really nice computer but I sure with it was faster. Other than that it serves its purpose and works great. Love that it came with the Microsoft bundle.

Welp, I had high hopes for a working, basic laptop. Boy were my dreams dashed. Here's my recommendation: If u like to see a frozen screen, constant powering it off %26 on, and redoing the basic setup over %26 over, then this is the laptop for u! I'm giving it another couple of days then I'm Walmart bound to turn this dumpster fire of a laptop back to them.

It undoubted has bad software. Received today and setup. At first it would not get on the internet. When we finally did get on it said page not responding. Finally got it to respond and it would not let us type in a web address. It started opening all these windows and downloading stuff. I have no idea what it was. X'd out of all of that and tried again to sign in to a web page again. Again the same thing. X'd out again and taking it back to Wal-Mart. Something is definitely wrong with it.

I brought it for myself to replace an out of date hp laptops that couldn't update to Windows 11. Got it at a good price deal of Cyber Monday. Glad I purchased it. it was delivered to me with true confidence. Thank you hp for a nice up to date laptop with all the bells and whistles

Had some trouble connecting to internet when setting up. Also freezes up and page not responding, I can be in the middle of something out of nowhere screen go's black. Looks nice perfect size but to many clutches. I don't recommend this. The two stars I gave it was for the look and size.
