This is a GREAT laptop but the only thing that I don like about it is that if you want to get google chrome you have to switch out of S mode and S mode is a mode where it makes the laptop preform faster and has better security. Some may think this isn't a big problem but I love google way more and with Microsoft Edge you have to get certain apps and download each of them from the Microsoft store. So I might switch out of S mode and just use google... But I really recommend this especially if your not using it for gaming like me lol
It was great and easy to use
great laptop that i bought in may not even 2 months ive had it and now it not turning on even with full battery..anybody know what i can do??
The product is not top of the line like others, but works well. I bought this for school and it runs all of the college class stuff perfectly.
Love it! The color is super cute and up to date I was looking to get an apple computer but those laptops are very pricy. I have two kids who previously broke my other HP laptop in half. This price is hard to beat, easy set up and lightweight.
Laptop didn't have the features as advirtise
I really do like this laptop a lot it works great just it overheats way to fast and almost burns my skin and also once i shut it down and leave it for awhile and come back it has this reboot screen telling me to reboot my laptop because something with the CMOS is wrong ad to do a BIOS reboot.
Gets too hot and there's not enough space to download more than 2 apps. You can't run streaming software on this or play any games. The camera is low quality. It is however a good starter laptop for a student. Its good for homework and browsing the web. Thats really it.
It gets very very hot.. only used it for one day so far and it is so hot can't put it on my lap!
Totally sucks for a new laptop. Way too slow. My screen went black a few times and takes forever for what I'm typing to be fully written out. Very disappointed that it's new and so slow. Some websites I don't even use because of how long it takes.
