Got this for my elderly mom. Pretty easy to use, and simple to adjust text size and cursor arrow size so she can see better. Was also able to plug in an old USB mouse that works perfectly with no set-up steps needed. The automatic, current local weather on the Edge browser is a nice touch.

This is an excellent product, at the right price, with the bells and whistles for average laptop user over 60 years old or younger, of course, easy to navigate and if you are an above computer user, this product can handle all your personal needs. I got the 2-year warranty (of course), to cover any mishaps, I may have, inadvertently, but definitely a buy for the price.

Best money I ever spent! I needed a small extra laptop with an Ethernet plug in, so I got this on Black Friday. I was greatly surprised by how well it works, how fast it runs and it even comes with Office for a year…. Bonus! Amazing for only 149.

This is an extra computer for me to use in a separate location in the house for research and email work. It has good performance and speed. No problems found.

I love the 14" screen. I just switched from Chromebook and I like so many of these features that you supply that I never had access to before. The only problem I've had is getting used to the keyboard, but I'm improving daily.

Got it for its small size to use when traveling. Had what we needed and nothing we did not. Just going to use it for email, browsing, maybe watch a movie(with an external dvd drive, computer does not have a dvd/cd drive).

This is a great computer, my only complaint is the basic storage size. There wasn't a lot. Other than that, it is a great laptop. Very light and easy to handle. The software runs great - Windows is up to date and very easy to navigate. I love this laptop as it is a great size and in great condition.

I think my laptop is used because there is some type of residue in the USB port

PLEASE BE AWARE - the so called "S mode" which is built in means that you will only be able to use Microsoft products on this unit. You WILL NOT be allowed to install any browser other than Microsofts own Edge - no Chrome or Firefox - and you will not be able to install Google - the inferior Bing is the only search allowed. The screen allows you to opt out of this but no surprise - the link will not work. I would not have purchased this if I had known. Other than this it appears to be a good usable laptop - it was well packed and delivered promptly - but please pay more for one that is not rigged.

I am very disappointed. I installed much of my online work. it seamed to be very clunky starting out. 3 days after use the system crashed.Block appeared saying everything was gone. i shall go back to acer thank you very much.
