I am absolutely satisfied with this laptop. I gave it to my daughter as a birthday gift. She could not stop smiling. She love it. She is on it almost daily. 👍🏼👍🏼
The laptop is just what I wanted. The style is the right size and love the color I picked. It would have been a little nicer if more colors were available. The price was good also and the payment plans too. Thank you for your service.
It was a Graduation Gift for my oldest Grandson! It will mainly used while his Education is furthered. He really wanted a smaller laptop/tablet but he received this early this morning and absolutely loves it!
I would use this product to complete college courses as well as to check my e-mail. I would also use this product to watch news, watch movies, stream movies and listen to music. it is a durable product.
just got today 6*22*022 and settting it up. When I opened it up I was sceptical it said Windows 11 on the inner box for HP, true enough it was! By the way ordered online and got to choose my color of black or blue. Blue was a winner. Good replacement for my old all in one desktop. Recomend 4sure!! had to navigate passed negative reviews went for it.
This product performs all functions very well and is lightweight easy to carry pretty much anywhere. Nice screen for its size and very viewable. Good for basic computer use and even streaming a movie, or YouTube. The only thing that might be a surprise is if you let the battery run down waiting from 2-3 minutes even plugged in before the screen comes back up. I actually thought something was wrong, but looked this up online and it is one of the normal functions for this unit. Once you know it, no big deal and I actually love the lapto~
Setup was difficult. You expect the new owner to make all these decisions, during the process of getting to the Windows screen, where one can finally begin using the PC. But you offer virtually nothing in terms of explaining what this feature or that application is, you are expecting the new owner to make (a decision on) on the spot. Most decisions are on things I'm not familiar about. How am I supposed to make a decision, when you offer no help?
It wasn't working sent it back and all I've heard is they received it. They don't give you any information about if they gave you credit or if they are fixing it. Should've given me a new one, but who knows. I like the size it's perfect for what I need.
I SENT IT BACK THE LAPTOP KEPT CUTTING ON AND OFF. I THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE MY WIFI SO I CALLED MY WIFI COMPANY AND THEY CAME OUT AND CHECKED EVERYTHING AND SAID IT WAS NOT THE WIFI SERVICE. I WOULD NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP AGAIN.
this was a waste of money. it stopped working 2 days after i got it. it never really worked the 2 days i tried to use it. peice of trash not worth nothing , waste of time and money
