This is much better than expected, It has great reception far better than other radios that I own. It can be used by cranking power. Overall everything I need. Its a much have item for emergencies

Radio's great. Like I said this is the fourth one I bought and gave away as gifts to family members. The first three were brought several years ago. My most recent purchase however was tragic at best. You were out of stock and didn't mention it on the web page I ordered this a few weeks before Christmas to be delivered to my grandson who's getting married and start a family. It finally arrived after Valentine's Day. Terrible customer service and shipping at that point

I recently purchased this emergency radio and am Very Happy that I did. I have other battery powered radios to use when the power goes out or when I am away from a plug. I first ordered one of these radios so I could check out the quality. I put new batteries in it (this radio also has a rechargeable battery) and turned it on. The sound is great. I used the tuner to go through the AM, FM, SW, and NOAA bands, the reception was great and the speaker on the radio was clear. The light works great. It has a solar panel for charging and a dynamo hand crank for charging also. There is a USB port to use for your cell phone and a headphone port. The radio is solidly built. I liked it so much I bought two more to give as gifts to my family members!! This is a radio that will last and can be used for everyday use (I remember being a teenager and getting my first AM/FM transistor radio, I felt like the whole world opened up for me). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this radio.

I was sent an old , dirty , scratched and damaged radio . The oversized exterior cardboard box was not damaged the radio was sealed in bubble wrap so this didn't happen during shipping. I contacted S. G. the day of delivery and photos were sent . Seventeen days have elapsed since initial communication with no resolution. Things have changed with S.G. that aren't conducive to customer satisfaction.

The rubber was old and sticky! I tried to clean it and it didn't work anymore!
