No issues with the software. Straight forward entry of all data or can use phone pic to enter automatically. You are prompted to answer questions about your finances to get the most deductions for your needs. Just beware the Federal forms will be filed electronically for free. The State portion will cost you another to $19.99 to electronically to file. To me it's just deceiving when the title is Deluxe State.

After receiving the greenlight with the “accuracy review“ and getting the pop up that stated my return was “low risk” I entered some information incorrectly 3 weeks ago and still do not have my federal refund probably because I'll have to fix something. Clearly whatever mistake I made was not caught. “Accuracy review” not ACCURATE.

Make sure all software updates are loaded before filing. An update posted for my software after filing / cost me $55 on my refund. Would have to refile by mail to fix and get the money / not worth the effort. My fault but the software let me do it !

I have used this tax software for more than 20 years without any problems. this years problems make it my last purchase of this software. My return was rejected and they were no help in fixing anything. After about 20 hours on support calls and weeks of waiting for escalated help, I had to start over and do it myself. I couldn't even use the forms with the program because they were grayed out and couldn't be typed on. I will never use this company again. Too bad there is not a 0 star option

Why did you decide to create an import for 2016 that not only include personal information but prevented me from e-mailing the completed product by preventing me the entry for AGI because the 2016 had it zeroed out and i could not change it. you also do allow for two home mortgages on the same house in one year. one mortgage was sold to the other. I have not been aware tha through all your surveys I have answered that you have changed anything. so I wiil change tttttto another program next year after using hr block for the past 10 or more years.

I purchased two H%26R Block 2022 Deluxe Tax Software PC Download. The first functioned for the person. The second did not function and I learned could not be used on this computer. Previous purchase in past had screwed up software. Could not use and will never purchase again. Thank God for FreeUsaTax

Didn't get product total runaround from both wallmart and HR block talk bot run away don't bother if there is a problem it is a total loss wallmart can't fix and HR block is blocking re sending any ting like a block wall run run run run away fast Quicken is looks good at this point

After investing a lot of time entering my tax data, a screen comes up that tells me the program can't deal with some of my tax info, that I need to consult a tax professional. No refund offered . From now on a CPA will have to do my taxes. No more using H %26 R Block products.
