No issues with the software. Straight forward entry of all data or can use phone pic to enter automatically. You are prompted to answer questions about your finances to get the most deductions for your needs. Just beware the Federal forms will be filed electronically for free. The State portion will cost you another to $19.99 to electronically to file. To me it's just deceiving when the title is Deluxe State.

very easy to use except at the end, after I entered account info for my state tax filing a prompt appeared stating the software needed to be updated. After update it required me to place my bank info in again. I was very concerned that there might be 2 charges for my state tax but there was only 1.

I used TurboTax for many, many years. H%26R Block is equally as useful and easy to use. It does everything TurboTax does for a lower cost! I made the change about five years ago and have saved more than $65.00. No reason to pay more for the same end results.

did not catch error on my account number to pay taxes, got a penalty for not reaching my bank account, same account number been using with their software for ten years. error message should of warned me it did not match last years account numbers!!!!

The product works well but the third party that delivers the download is unacceptable. I received a key code to register the product and it did not work. I wrote two emails to the support email listed in the initial email and I received no reply. I had to reach out to Walmart and they directed me to H

I entered all my Federal info and then downloaded the state tax software. After the download I saved my tax info and returned later to fill out the state forms only to find that all of my fed tax info was gone. I had to delete the original software and reload and once again enter all my fed info plus download state software. Not Good.

I have used this tax software for more than 20 years without any problems. this years problems make it my last purchase of this software. My return was rejected and they were no help in fixing anything. After about 20 hours on support calls and weeks of waiting for escalated help, I had to start over and do it myself. I couldn't even use the forms with the program because they were grayed out and couldn't be typed on. I will never use this company again. Too bad there is not a 0 star option

I have purchased this version of the Deluxe Plus State for several years although not always from Walmart. It has always had one free e file for the state you choose. This year, they didn't include one state e file, which makes no sense if you used their state software. So really the price was $46 ($29 for the software and $20 for the state e file). Nowhere in the ad for the software does it say that the state e file is not covered. And really, why does it cost $20 to send an electronic filing?
