H&R Block 2023 Basic Tax Software MAC Download

I have been using this software for years. I can't even remember when I started using it. It's great for simple taxes. I use the basic. In all the years I only had one problem and that was my fault. I forgot to include something and was able to amend my return.

I pay for dis program yersterday . I have been unable to opened. The link to report any problems does not work. They just sent me something that I paid for. Can belived . I give up I contacted Walmart and said product us not returnable... what a way the robe people money.... is a software I cannot take pictures of it. Hope that this not happen to any body else. This was an scammer . That is the way I feel

I purchased this tax software with 5 free eFiles but when I did my taxes a month later, the IRS would not recongize the free eFiles, so I had to pay an extra $10. The product clearly states: "Five free federal e-files and unlimited federal preparetion and printing". Might be a scam of some sort.

I've used H%26R Block tax software for almost 10 years….but I will never use it again. My tax returns require downloading documents from various institutions including Charles Schwab. The link to Schwab was dead and there was no other way to sign in. I called customer service and spoke to a very nice young lady who didn't have a clue what I was talking about. I asked if they had a tech department and she said..”this is pretty much it”. I received a case number and got an email yesterday stating I would have to enter everything from Schwab manually. No reason given and their final statement was..”if you need further assistance, don't hesitate to call”. The reason I use tax software is so I don't have to enter that kind of information manually. I bought Turbo Tax (more money but worth it) and was finished in less than 2 hours. I feel I should get a refund for the Block software but I doubt that will ever happen. My recourse is to warn others before they waste their money and never buy H%26R Block tax software again.

Confusing. I also saved my file after being efiled, but my MAC updated its IOS and my file was lost somehow and now I can't retrieve any information, I received an email my forms had been accepted but I can't access the file and tech support was of no help. On IOS the program keeps disappearing and you have to reinstall.

I purchased this product online from Walmart. A week later, I received an mailing from Ramjet stating to use the email they sent me to download the product. I never received that email. I sent an email to [email protected] and 3 business days later I have yet to receive a response. Totally unacceptable.

Getting the download of the software from the vendor took way too long. Placing the order on 12/23/23 and not getting the vendor to send me anything didn't occur until 1/2/24, why isn't it done by email soon after the order being placed? I got a notice in the mail on 1/2/24 that referred to an email with a link to download that I didn't get. Why would I have to wait to get a notice from the vendor in the mail for downloaded software? I had to contact the vendor to send me the email with the link that took 2 more emails from me. Then when they sent the email with the link, it required an email/password combo, what is this? After another 3 emails, they sent me a link that required my email only that the 1st time gave me an error message when submitting and then they sent me another email requiring my email address that went through OK. I will never buy a download of software that is sold by the vendor Ramjet. To save a few dollars i bought the downloaded software from the Walmart website, in the future I will stick to buying downloaded software from the software vendor or Amazon who you interact with directly and make it seemless. Downloading software should be quick and seemless, this experience was not.

This is NO reflection on H%26R Block or it's tax software. I ordered this software for download on Feb 3rd, the transaction went through and the money was taken out of my account. Never received an email (nothing in junk mail, either, although I received a purchase confirmation email) with the activation code. Called on Feb 4th, 1st call- was told to call another phone number to receive the activation code-called 3 times, busy signal every time; 2nd call was told they could refund me or I'd get an email with an activation code in 10-15 minutes- I opted to wait for an email, 20 minutes later-nothing; 3rd call-"let check this blah, blah, blah, no email, requested refund-was told my refund "request" would be sent blah blah blah, and that I had to wait 24-48 to see if the refund would be "approved". Not doing this again.

I bought this program that I had used for years to do taxes this year and lo and behold when I go to E-file my taxes it tells me that the code for my e-file has no free e-files left on it. they sold me a used up program! don't waste your money.

Very bad service!!! Ordered a download program online, order and payment went smoothly and after my payment was received I have to wait for Ever and there is no downland link!!!
