H&R Block 2023 Deluxe + State Tax Software PC Download

if its near tax day better order direct from hr block. walmart website says normally an hour. this third party seller on the walmart site took over 12 hours. i tried to cancel, but it would not confirm that either. finally i got it. Works great but when taxes are soon due, who can wait?

Purchased the digital H%26R Block software and expected to receive a secondary email with downloadable program. DID NOT RECEIVE. They sure took my money though.

I purchased this item on Jan. 18 2024 and haven't gotten an email to download it yet and it is 1/22.

It says you will get an email within an hour for the download. Not true it takes up to 2 business days to get the email. Don't buy this product!

Spent more time on the phone with Walmart Associates Shirley and Ebony trying to get this resolved. Spoke with supervisor Sharese and she recommended I contact CC company and dispute charge. This is not the customer service experience that meets my expectations. Buying something and not getting it and then refusing refund. That's the Walmart experience of today.

I first got an email saying there was a processing delay. I got to my order and now it says it has been delivered. However, my codes have still not been delivered and it says it is not eligible for return. Please send my codes or refund my money.

Walmart says on the order screen that this product has free 30 day returns see details. I made a mistake and ordered tax cut software for a PC vs a MAC. Tried to return it within one hour of purchase. I was told by customer service that it was not returnable. I was told to click on the see details words and only after clicking on those words do I see that this product is not returnable. That is incredibly misleading. It clearly says returnable on the main screen. I intend to take Walmart to small claims court to get my refund. I will then open a twitter account and inform whoever reads it about the process. Shame on you Walmart!

they really need to scrutinize their state programs. I called them 5 times for the same issue and it didn't get resolved. I told them their state (IA) is wrong and they need to have the program department look into it. They never did. I bought 3 from walmart and 1 directly from HRBlock site and they all have the same error. The online free software is fine.

The purchase shows up in Walmart account but no link Ever received. So for MAC download I would not recommend

They apparently don't have the capability of sending out software so Walmart shouldn't sell digital downloads. That's why I paid with PayPal do I can get a refund. Every time I order something from Walmart there is an issue. You'd think I'd learn they are no Amazon
