H&R Block 2023 Deluxe Tax Software MAC Download

We always use H%26R Block tax software. Digital download the software. If you keep a file of last year's tax on your computer it will transfer all the basic information (name, address, etc.), which you can review and change if necessary. Steps you through all the questions for the version you buy (standard, deluxe, etc.) SUPER easy!!

Make sure all software updates are loaded before filing. An update posted for my software after filing / cost me $55 on my refund. Would have to refile by mail to fix and get the money / not worth the effort. My fault but the software let me do it !

i have a pc and it appears that h%26r are sending a mac versuon as the only upload. never ever had a problem in the last 4 years. during upload us where i see mac reference and then ky pc states app cant run on your pc. if course because im was given the mac version

DO NOT BUY! Tried multiple times, but digital delivery was not completed. Walmart or their third party provider has a problem fulfilling the digital delivery. Avoid or you end up in a loop with the Walmart help getting recycle requests for the software, then have to fight them to get a refund, if you are lucky.

Order date: Tue, Feb 20, 2024 Order number: 2000118-68656726 I gave this one star because it would not allow me to continue with that. In my mind I would have given a negative star if I could. You confirmed my order and took the money from my credit card. I received an email with a site to go to and an activation code. When I clicked on the link no site came up. I was unable to use the activation code to get the software. I tried several times and nothing. My husband tried going to the site directly using the name of the company that the email came from. That didn't work either. I paid for something I am unable to use. When I tried to get a refund and explain my situation I was told I could not because of your terms and conditions dealing with downloads. I can see if I was trying to return it after I had downloaded it, but I wasn't able to even access it. I paid for something I never got. I sent an email to customer service and got no reply. I feel you need to refund me the money I paid because I actually received no product.

I purchased the HR block downloadable software through Walmart. It is something I have done over the years through other sites like HR Block official site or Target. Thinking I would save a little, I ordered the product on February 10th and it took several hours for it to process--this was questionable alone. Next, I'm looking around the purchase page and in my email for the link to download the software and the information on the Walmart purchase page is stating that the product link for download will be available shortly. I spoke to a Walmart representative through their Chat, and he assured that it's "something that happens or happened before"? and he stated it may take 48 more hours. Not acceptable at all--but I thanked him the same. Now it is the next day February 11 and no link sent. Nothing shows on the Walmart purchase history except that product was delivered. Nothing was delivered but the initial email that showed the item purchased and a note that an email will be sent for downloading the product soon. I checked to see if I can return, but it doesn't allow. So, now I don't trust their downloadable products and they are only offering me $5.00 for inconvenience. My time is so much more valuable than $5.00.

Horrible. The code doesn't work . The links don't work, I called Walmart customer support and they said the item can't be returned. They gave me a number to call for someone that should be able to fix it , but the phone number goes to a voicemail. I do not recommend

Over the years, H%26R block has been decent enough tax prep software to get my family's returns efiled. However, 2023 was the worst tax year by far for me with this software that I might consider alternatives. Their efile servers went down between 9pm on 4/14 and came back up the afternoon of 4/15. This left me with only paper filing options because, at the time, who knew if the server would come back up before 11:59pm on 4/15. 5 efiles are covered under this software, yet I had to pay postage plus around $8 for certified/return receipt for each return i needed to file due to their efile system being down.

Why did you decide to create an import for 2016 that not only include personal information but prevented me from e-mailing the completed product by preventing me the entry for AGI because the 2016 had it zeroed out and i could not change it. you also do allow for two home mortgages on the same house in one year. one mortgage was sold to the other. I have not been aware tha through all your surveys I have answered that you have changed anything. so I wiil change tttttto another program next year after using hr block for the past 10 or more years.

The program itself isn't the issue. Walmart is suppose to be responsible for delivering the program activation code via email right after purchase. This never happened. According to the status, it was delivered. Customer service wasn't helpful resolving the issue. All they could do is offer a refund. I am still waiting on that. You are better off getting it at the store or ordering it through other sources.
