H&R Block 2023 Premium & Business Tax Software PC Download

This is the second year I have used it. Same problems regardless of computer. The space to answers questions (box) does not line up with the Questions. My business is not complex, however the program doesn't adequately handle the information that is needeed.

I was extremely disappointed with this years version of your software. I had nothing but problems with it. I had to re-enter three returns because I got a message that the file did not exist (header information was invalid). Another return, I just mailed in rather than go through the frustration of re-entering all the information. Prior to this years software, I've always been a great supporter of the H&R Tax Software program but not this year. I'm now considering using another program next year because of this experience.

It seems to bounce me around a lot more than previous years when trying to backtrack or to look for something. You're refund status section needs a complete overhaul.

trying to e-file 1099 and 1096 and it won't allow me to do the steps it says to do and continuously prints them wrong. tried to e-file my return and even though the website says it is taking information from the previous years taxes, it continuously puts the agi in wrong, I fix it and then go to resend it to find that the system changed it again so frustrating.

TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO IMPORT PREVIOUS YEAR RETURN AND THE BROWSER WOULD NOT BRING UP THE PREVIOUS YEAR RETURN FILE. THE IMPORT HAS WORKED FOR ME FOR SEVERAL YEARS BEFORE SO STAYED WITH H%26R THIS TIME --- DISAPPOINTED THIS YEAR! I WILL TRY TO CALL H%26R AND IF THE PROBLEM CAN BE RESOLVED I WILL RETRACT MY RATING.

I bought the 2017 Premium Business Software to prepare and file a partnership Form 1065. The Federal Form 1065 in the Premium Software does not import into the Federal Form 1040 software. Also, the Federal Form 1040 software does not provide for home office and UPE against the Partnership. The package is written for very basic individual return filing with a partnership. Would not recommend for this purpose.

I have been on the phone with Walmart for 2 days trying to get my email with the download and product key. They have given me 2 different support numbers to call. One is busy all the time, the other has CRAZY hours 1pm-10pm PST. I want my money back. So far they have my money and I have nothing. Others have reported similar problems. WM Should take this item and seller off their website.

I bought this product which is really too software products H%26R premium for doing personal taxes and H%26R Block business for doing LLC and corporate taxes I entered the activation code for the business. It does not work on the personal. If you try to contact these vendors, there is no answer, their phone doesn't even ring they don't answer their emails. Terrible deals stay away from this.!

NO PRODUCT received to download, After two months, 12-15 pages, 7 different telephone calls to Synnex, HRB , Walmart customer service %26 walmart complaint I have nothing for my $45 NO PHOTO did not receive!!!

I bought this thinking walmart is a reputible company, but they are not. They did not sent the product via email and now I am getting the run around trying to get my money back. DO NOT BUY from Walmart.
