H&R Block 2023 Premium Tax Software MAC Download

Confusing. Navigation is terrible. It seems everytime I go back to change anything it makes me walk through all the previous steps. Finally figured out how to avoid that. The GUI looks like it's from the late 90's. I'm pretty sure it did not calculate the tax right. For testing I put in a high number as income and it still said I didn't owe any tax. I ended up printing it out and doing my taxes manually comparing the results from this software. I'll prob get a letter from the IRS soon. Nice thing is that I get +5% refund card to Amazon. A lot of the core functionality seems to be there but the software needs some serious help from a users perspective.

I bought this program that advertised the ability to prepare 6 tax returns. On October 15 I submitted my 6th return for e file and got a message I had exceeded my efile limit!!!!!I WAS NOT WARNED!!! I HAVE TO PAY A PENALTY FOR FAILURE TO FILE A TIMELY RETURN!!!!I. WHY WOULD YOU ALLOW 6 TAX RETURN BUT ONLY EFILE 5!!!! IM DISGUSTED!! COULD NOT FIND HELP ON YOUR SOLUTION CENTER AND NO PHONE NUMBER TO REACH A LIVE PERSON, ON OCTOBER THE 15TH !!!!!! NO EFILE SUPPORT!!!@

I had an issue with the home office and property tax portion of the program. Had to file an extension and was advised to change one of the forms from my mortgage company to make it work. My taxes are still under review, should get a refund since your accuracy review said all correct when it was not.

Terrible. Let me e-file with incomplete forms causing huge problems. Never use it again and will get all family and customers to drop also

Never received my software download link. Walmart support says contact edsupport@concentrix and provided phone number which is either disconnected or out of order and they haven't responded to my email. So catch22 here - walmart avoids responsibility and no way to contact the vendor they are using for this.

Just as the other reviews state on here I have never received my email with the activation key after two weeks. I have reached out to Walmart quite a few times and their only solution is to try and send it again, which obviously doesn't work. They need to figure this out because they refuse to refund this.

Sorry I couldn't file NY State after federal. It might be my fault or our lap top commputer problem. Somehow federal went easy trough . Then Me , and my friend spent whoe afternoon Satirday May 12 trying to fix the problem with "state". At least 5 Hours we wasted entering ID , Document, typ , my addresses or other corrections required by H&R program. AND AGAIN after 2 minutes again same requirements . At 19 pm both of us gave up filing state taxes. We will try to print and send old fashioned way. What to do. I AM repeating it my be my mistake or commputer's. So if you want you can help me after May 18 to try again , or if you want you can give me some credit back for "federal part of the program" If you give me the phone I call you after May 18 when I get some free time to try again from another commputer . Thanks

Item was not received/delivered by download on 11/25 when promised. Requested cancellation on 11/27 and received a notification that cancellation may not be possible even though item download information still has not been received. This means that if the item turns out not to be available, I will miss the opportunity to buy it elsewhere at Cyber Monday prices.

I was told I would receive an serperate email containing the code so I could download the software. I did not. I can't get a refund for this. I have talked to them twice and both times I was supposed to get the code. Of which I didn't. I have bought H%26R Block tax software for years. I've been very happy with the software it's self. Not the delivery from Walmart though this year. I really needed this software before now!

I purchased H%26R Block Premium Tax Software. They will not deliver in a timely manner. You will not be allowed to get a refund. You can call and they will tell you that a refund is in progress. This is a lie. Eventually they may or may not send you an email for downloading the product. If you need tax software to do your taxes you cannot count on receiving an email "shortly" as they describe in the description. More than likely, it will be more than eight hours. Your credit card company will also disappoint you by rejecting your claim that you were scammed.
