Look for the email to come from a different email address with the title Software Activation Keys. It arrived about 10 minutes after purchase - be sure to check your spam folder. This will allow you to download %26 install the software. Includes a Verification Code you will need to set-up and file any returns so don't lose it.

I had an issue with the home office and property tax portion of the program. Had to file an extension and was advised to change one of the forms from my mortgage company to make it work. My taxes are still under review, should get a refund since your accuracy review said all correct when it was not.

Confusing. Navigation is terrible. It seems everytime I go back to change anything it makes me walk through all the previous steps. Finally figured out how to avoid that. The GUI looks like it's from the late 90's. I'm pretty sure it did not calculate the tax right. For testing I put in a high number as income and it still said I didn't owe any tax. I ended up printing it out and doing my taxes manually comparing the results from this software. I'll prob get a letter from the IRS soon. Nice thing is that I get +5% refund card to Amazon. A lot of the core functionality seems to be there but the software needs some serious help from a users perspective.

I bought this program that advertised the ability to prepare 6 tax returns. On October 15 I submitted my 6th return for e file and got a message I had exceeded my efile limit!!!!!I WAS NOT WARNED!!! I HAVE TO PAY A PENALTY FOR FAILURE TO FILE A TIMELY RETURN!!!!I. WHY WOULD YOU ALLOW 6 TAX RETURN BUT ONLY EFILE 5!!!! IM DISGUSTED!! COULD NOT FIND HELP ON YOUR SOLUTION CENTER AND NO PHONE NUMBER TO REACH A LIVE PERSON, ON OCTOBER THE 15TH !!!!!! NO EFILE SUPPORT!!!@

Terrible. Let me e-file with incomplete forms causing huge problems. Never use it again and will get all family and customers to drop also

The cover stated that this software covered federal and state. In the final steps it announced that i could either pay an additional 19.95 by card or they would deduct $39.95 from my refund. I called H and R block twice spending an hour on line when the manager disconnected our call and no help given. DON'T use this software!

Never received my software download link. Walmart support says contact edsupport@concentrix and provided phone number which is either disconnected or out of order and they haven't responded to my email. So catch22 here - walmart avoids responsibility and no way to contact the vendor they are using for this.

I was told I would receive an serperate email containing the code so I could download the software. I did not. I can't get a refund for this. I have talked to them twice and both times I was supposed to get the code. Of which I didn't. I have bought H%26R Block tax software for years. I've been very happy with the software it's self. Not the delivery from Walmart though this year. I really needed this software before now!

MAKE SURE that you select the correct version to download. Amazon does not distinguish - a purchase of the application works for either PC OR Mac. Walmart, however, DOES differentiate ... and, naturally, they default to the version I didn't need. Even worse ... I cannot return the purchase. THIS IS STUPID! Walmart can easily see if I have downloaded or not. If NOT downloaded, then I should be able to exchange ... and in the case of Walmart ... pay the HIGHER amount for the other version of the software. INSTEAD, I WASTED the entire purchase price by not paying attention to that detail ... ONE DETAIL among a million pieces of data in the product purchase experience. AT LEAST do the courtesy of ASKING the buyer to confirm that they want the version that they selected, SINCE A RETURN is NOT possible. This is worse than buying crap from the charlatans in the slimy Manhattan electronics stores who make their living swindling suckers like me. Yes, I am a sucker. It is MY mistake, but the Walmart purchase process could EASILY be improved. I WILL NOT BUY SOFTWARE from Walmart, ever again. Over the past three years, I've cut back on Walmart purchases from several hundred dollars a week - my go-to, brick and mortar - to almost zero per week. This moratorium will continue to their online experience. Their loss.

The program automatically loaded a prior year AGI from my last year's return which was wrong because I did not file with H&R block, and then it would not let me change it, which I needed to to do for e-file. Then I could not print the PDF to allow me to mail my return.
