H&R Block Tax Software 24 Deluxe + State Win/Mac WAL ESD

Your website was straight forward in the sale of this product, I had bought this item previously from the H%26R Block website and they sneaked in an unwanted extra, they couldn't just remove the extra so I cancelled the order. I hate sneaky websites with sneaky shadowy extras.

In order to download the software, you go to the activate.hrblock.com site. If you copy/paste your activation code into the website's field, it may not be accepted - a _subtle_ red outline appears around the input field. It's the hyphen in the activation code they send you, that isn't accepted by the website. I simply deleted the hyphen and the code was accepted. Typing in the code works just fine. FYI, copy/pasting the activation code works fine in the actual software, once you've installed it!

I've used H%26R Block Deluxe State Tax Software for over Twenty Years. And I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend this Tax Software as an excellent value, easy to use %26 always accurate with no IRS audits ever! What more can I said? Recommend a version of this exact H%26R Block Deluxe State tax software for Android Tablets.

I've used this product for a few years now and like it, but like everything else it's too expensive and we really got gouged for 2024.

The price fir H%26R blocks software has always remained high even with its competitors offering free and easier services. I do like how the 1st state and federal is free to file, but then its not after the 1st file. I say before purchasing i always recommend looking at all options before getting this one.

The software was to be delivered digitally, but was actually NEVER delivered. Called them twice, first time they sent me a $5 bonus, second time a few days later that they told me to wait a couple more days, but it is now 38 days already from the purchase day! I will call them again in a few minutes!

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. I never got the email with the code to download this software. I called Walmart customer service for help no less than 5 times and got no help each time. I called Walmart customer service for help because I did not get what I paid for. I wanted an email or my money back. All I was told that I cannot help you. No refunds. Too bad for me, I am just out my money. I asked them to send me the email to another email address...again was told no. No we can't help you, no you can't get your money back, no we can't send an email to another email address. I did not get what I paid for and I have been ripped off. Walmart clearly does not care about customer service any longer! I tried to locate a customer service person in the USA to no avail. Shame on you Walmart! This was purchased from Walmart.com and not a 3rd party vendor. I expected them to stand behind their product and they have refused to do this. Again,take my advise. DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE as this is just a ripoff!

It wasn't delivered, even though it says it was. Should have received an email delivery. Chat function said I should receive it within 24 hours. Its been 24 hours. Have not received it.

The software would not download onto my Mac (Sequoia version 15.3). I called H%26R Block Tech Support and they couldn't get the program to work with my computer equipment either. Even though I never used this product, Walmart isn't refunding my money.
