H&R Block Tax Software 24 Deluxe Win/Mac WAL ESD

I love using the H %26 R block software. I have been purchasing and using it now for 5 years to complete my tax return. It's simple and easy to use providing step by step instructions. The audit feature is great as well as it will flag any mistakes. I receive my tax return direct deposit with no issues at all using the e-file tool.

HR block tax software has been my go to tax software for the last 5 years.

We'll find out in the next 3 to 6 months if I get audited then we'll know that this product wasn't much good last year. I ended up paying $6000 in taxes this year. I only paid 600. Hopefully the same didn't take me down a blind alley or whatever and get me in trouble with the government.

After receiving the greenlight with the “accuracy review“ and getting the pop up that stated my return was “low risk” I entered some information incorrectly 3 weeks ago and still do not have my federal refund probably because I'll have to fix something. Clearly whatever mistake I made was not caught. “Accuracy review” not ACCURATE.

Make sure all software updates are loaded before filing. An update posted for my software after filing / cost me $55 on my refund. Would have to refile by mail to fix and get the money / not worth the effort. My fault but the software let me do it !

I entered all my Federal info and then downloaded the state tax software. After the download I saved my tax info and returned later to fill out the state forms only to find that all of my fed tax info was gone. I had to delete the original software and reload and once again enter all my fed info plus download state software. Not Good.

I received no help from Walmart help center because I couldn't get the program to download. I called twice and both times the rep. promised help but never delivered Now the price has dropped from $41 to $25 for the product. I would like a fund of the price difference.

I purchased the deluxe edition, what a joke. After completing my return, your program wouldn't let me file because my software needed to be updated, but that update wasn't available for 7 days. This delay in filling caused me to not getting my return filed before the Government shut down.

Why did you decide to create an import for 2016 that not only include personal information but prevented me from e-mailing the completed product by preventing me the entry for AGI because the 2016 had it zeroed out and i could not change it. you also do allow for two home mortgages on the same house in one year. one mortgage was sold to the other. I have not been aware tha through all your surveys I have answered that you have changed anything. so I wiil change tttttto another program next year after using hr block for the past 10 or more years.

Walmart never sent me the info I need to download this product. I contacted customer service after attempting to use the AI chat that thought I was looking for a package. Should have just spent a little extra elsewhere when i knew it was reliable. Lesson learned
