H&R Block Tax Software 24 Premium & Business Win WAL ESD

I've used H%26 R Block Tax software for at least 20 yrs. Never had a problem until this year. First, the price was high %26 Premium has nothing more to offer than the Deluxe version. Save your $$. Also, the install took hours, altho it is usually minutes. There was a glitch in this download Walmart sent (corrupted) %26 I had to call in a Tech Engineer to install %26 repair. My computer is new, w/ Windows 10 %26 this was a total nightmare ineligible for exchange or refund. No info on Walmart's listing to advise if this was an “old” product %26 no help from H%26R Block tech support. It finally works, but I'll never purchase this version again. It would help if Walmart would list the Windows versions this is compatible with or offer exchanges if a corrupt file is sent.

I was extremely disappointed with this years version of your software. I had nothing but problems with it. I had to re-enter three returns because I got a message that the file did not exist (header information was invalid). Another return, I just mailed in rather than go through the frustration of re-entering all the information. Prior to this years software, I've always been a great supporter of the H&R Tax Software program but not this year. I'm now considering using another program next year because of this experience.

This is the second year I have used it. Same problems regardless of computer. The space to answers questions (box) does not line up with the Questions. My business is not complex, however the program doesn't adequately handle the information that is needeed.

Lousy software programming that doesn't deliver on what it's supposed to do! Info from page that you add mileage for Schedule C doesn't populate into the main page! I applied for a refund from H%26R Block and got my money back!

Had been using this product for years, 2024 product won't print correctly --waste of money -- ended up using a different product to meet the payroll tax deadlines of 1/31

Only got the business part downloaded not the premium part. Can't do my personal taxes - only the w2, w3 forms that are needed. Worthless. Need both to do my taxes.

I bought this to do my grandson‘s taxes for him. Since I got the premium, I thought they would have the forms I needed, but they didn't. To get the forms I needed. They wanted another hundred dollars, which I don't have. I also didn't like them automatically rounding things off without giving me an option. Therefore, I am applying for refund and I've told them that.

I bought the 2017 Premium Business Software to prepare and file a partnership Form 1065. The Federal Form 1065 in the Premium Software does not import into the Federal Form 1040 software. Also, the Federal Form 1040 software does not provide for home office and UPE against the Partnership. The package is written for very basic individual return filing with a partnership. Would not recommend for this purpose.

this is an online digital download and it was corrupt from the day i purchased it. if you purchase this product you will never be able to use it and you cant get your money back and they will not help you fix the problem. they will just pass the issues on to the conpany of the product and they dont help you either. so i paid for a product i never could use.

trying to e-file 1099 and 1096 and it won't allow me to do the steps it says to do and continuously prints them wrong. tried to e-file my return and even though the website says it is taking information from the previous years taxes, it continuously puts the agi in wrong, I fix it and then go to resend it to find that the system changed it again so frustrating.
