H&R Block Tax Software Deluxe + State 2024 PC/Mac [Key Card]

i usually get HR block when it goes on sale every year ... this was shipped as a package with code rather than sending me the code ,, but happy that i could download the software and it runs ... filing taxes is too hard to do ,, total waste of time and effort to do manual and tax software let me do mine in a few hours .. this package looked like the seal was opened and of course does someone else now have the code too ...

I have used the H%26R for several years. Last year I changed mid-filing to add State. It cost me double. This year I went for Fed and State Deluxe. They still charged me DOUBLE to file both. We shall see what tax year 2025 brings.

I entered all my Federal info and then downloaded the state tax software. After the download I saved my tax info and returned later to fill out the state forms only to find that all of my fed tax info was gone. I had to delete the original software and reload and once again enter all my fed info plus download state software. Not Good.

Make sure all software updates are loaded before filing. An update posted for my software after filing / cost me $55 on my refund. Would have to refile by mail to fix and get the money / not worth the effort. My fault but the software let me do it !

After receiving the greenlight with the “accuracy review“ and getting the pop up that stated my return was “low risk” I entered some information incorrectly 3 weeks ago and still do not have my federal refund probably because I'll have to fix something. Clearly whatever mistake I made was not caught. “Accuracy review” not ACCURATE.

Program works fine but third party supplier link would not work. H%26R block support gave me a downwork that orked fine. DO NOT BUY IF THIRD PARTY SHIPS THE PRODUCT.

Did not know I made a mistake until State rejected my filing, when I corrected mistake I found out I should have received $600.00 more on Federal. But Federal had already accepted my filing. Then I had to send my state 2 more times.

Old software. Make sure you check the year before you buy. No returns. Oops!

I purchased the deluxe edition, what a joke. After completing my return, your program wouldn't let me file because my software needed to be updated, but that update wasn't available for 7 days. This delay in filling caused me to not getting my return filed before the Government shut down.

Why did you decide to create an import for 2016 that not only include personal information but prevented me from e-mailing the completed product by preventing me the entry for AGI because the 2016 had it zeroed out and i could not change it. you also do allow for two home mortgages on the same house in one year. one mortgage was sold to the other. I have not been aware tha through all your surveys I have answered that you have changed anything. so I wiil change tttttto another program next year after using hr block for the past 10 or more years.
