Love the color, message and heat. I also love the USB port as well the chair is able to rock and swivel.

I didn't realize the delivery fee was so much, but that's what I got for not reading the fine print. It was still a good price all together. I quickly learned that I should've read some of the reviews too! I fell over when I leaned back without the feet out! i fell, the chair tipped over, I panicked because I couldn't see where my dog was. Now I make sure the back is against a wall, close enough that I won't fall over with chair again. That was fun.
the chair is nice and its comfortable however if its not against a wall you will fall over and out of it. Not sturdy enough for a bunch of kids.
The recliner does not set correctly, the massage is very loud sound like bass from a car. The size is smaller than advertised
I purchased a recliner for my sick husband for a Christmas gift. During the process of purchasing details stated comes in 2 separate boxes. I received only 1 box of 4 pieces of metal. NOT A RECLINER!! I have emailed the seller with no response. Once this transaction is made right with either the recliner or a full refund including shipping, I will update this review. However at this time save your money and shop local!!
It was never assembled and It was paid for. It was delivered 3 days early and left at my door. I need to have it assembled.
just got this in today I bought this for my husband for valentine's day and our 1 year anniversary of being married me and my daughter put it together took longer to put it together then expected way smaller then we expected too not worth the 100$ shipping
This is nothing like the picture it is junk and it has missing parts that they are not sending I have requested numerous times and they continue to refuse a refund or replacement or the parts I am going to take legal action on this
this is not worth the price, soooo much smaler then expected
