It was easy to assemble and doesn't take up a lot of space.

The chair performs as promised. Was pleased to find the covering has a slight nap to it. Glad it came in a pleasing medium brown shade. The arms are well padded and very comfortable. I don't think it would do any good to buy an "extended warranty" because all the very complicated electronics are contained within a sealed black box. My sons put it together for me. I am elderly (87) and partially disabled. I don't think I could have assembled it myself. VERY good chair for the price!

left cup holder doesn't fit right. Seam is wrinkled and cup sticks up . It's very slow going up and down but that's ok .

Chair is wonderful. Works great and is very comfortable. Only thing is if you are using it on hard surface be careful when using it to lift you up because it moves very easily.

Hard to put together. Chair is hard except for seat. Arms are hard thin boards. Cover is hard to put on them. No padding. When reclined, arm rest are too short. Foot rest has no cushion. Could use about 2" more in length. Massage and heat are best things about the chair. Mechanism is quite. Material feels a little rough. Will probably try to make or buy a cover for it. If you have the money, invest in something better that is already together.

This is advertised for up to 450 lb. and says it's for larger people, but the chair is very narrow and shallow (arm rests are very low) and the footrest only goes up half way. not at all comfortable. I wasted my money. I'm disabled and can't arrange to have it returned.

The entire package arrived destroyed and the sofa had a damaged part where the arm rests. The fabric was damaged and unraveled when the pieces were finished being assembled. It didn't fit where it should be firm..I will never recommend this company 👎🏾🛑⛔

So uncomfortable. Not even a week and springs poking. this is a temu version, the way it's moving I doubt will last for more then a few months. I can't say enough how awful this chair is,
