I want another one so that I have matching chairs in my Studio Apt. That says it all doesn't it??

There is nothing I like about this chair. There are multiple areas with sharp metal visible, leaving you unprotected. The chair is unstable and when moving and as reclined. feels like it will flip over. iweigh 150 lbs, much lighter than the weight limit. The metal is painful, the chair is not full but hard and you can feel where the message is, which also doesnt work very well. the heat does work, that is the only thing that is as expected. Dont waste your money. get the warranty and try to return it if you have these problems.

The chair arrived DEFECTIVE. It is missing one of the brackets needed to attach the backrest. So it is completely USELESS. After repeated emails, they will not send me the replacement part. They just keep asking me to "wait a few more days". and offering me small credits but I still can't use the chair. They will not ship the replacement part or even give me an estimated ship date. I'm trying to get my money back at this point.

well first of all they advertised it as something that is not in the heading it's described as being a lazy boy chair when I got it nothing on the boxes or the chair itself had lazy boy's name on it and that's for a reason lazy boy wouldn't put their name on this piece of crap it quit working the massage and heat one minute after putting it together both the left and side arms have to be put on the back has to be attached this arm cushions are held on by zippers the back cushion is held on by zippers there is a bar at the base of the back that digs in the small of your back which makes it uncomfortable and there's also one in the center of your back that makes it uncomfortable you have a cable to pull to extend the footrest once extended it is very difficult to push it back into place and lock it my wife who I bought a chair for cannot operate it she cannot get the foot rest to lock back into down position overall this is a piece of flimsy crap do not waste your money on it I am battling customer service at the moment trying to get my money back which I doubt is going to happen Walmart needs to remove these sellers from their website it's nothing but fraud and they're scamming people misleading people please do not buy if everyone will adhere to this review than these people will finally go out of business which what needs to happen hope this helps may God bless us all.
